Home Base is a beautiful waterfront home on Lake Anna's public side. Enjoy sunrise views from the open-concept design in a prime lake location. Welcome to Home Base, a beautiful waterfront retreat on Lake Anna’s public side. Start your day with coffee and sunrise views from the open-concept living space. This prime location is within walking distance of the Lake Anna Boardwalk, featuring mini golf, beach volleyball, Tim's Restaurant, and Moo Thru ice cream. Just 10 minutes from Dickinson's Store and Food Lion.

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, cozy beds, and spacious dining areas, with two extra refrigerators for added storage. The basement is packed with entertainment—ping pong, foosball, poker table, and a lounge area.

Relax on the deck, patio, or large dock with deep water and easy swim access. Enjoy three kayaks with life vests, plus a trunk full of games, toys, and puzzles. Outside, gather around the firepit or play cornhole. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and Roku TV for streaming.

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Wonderful lake house! The house was bright and open with several spots to gather; game room downstairs, tv upstairs, smaller spot for conversation or coffee in am. Multiple outside gathering spots as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare group meals. We enjoyed using the kayaks with life vests provided or hanging out on the dock. The lake view is spectacular and just as depicted in the pictures. I would definitely return.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a gorgeous lake view, this is your place. The sunrises were astounding! They were easily seen on chilly mornings from inside through the many windows. Sitting on the dock was so relaxing and peaceful. I hope to return in the future!

Had a great relaxing weekend here at the lake to get away from the rush of nova. The views were amazing, everything was tidy, and we loved the firepit for the cool fall evenings-thankful for the abundant firewood. We were also a very short walk to ice cream which the kid loved. Overall would definitely make a return visit.

We stayed at Home Base for a girls trip and could not have asked for a better place to stay! There were so many activities located right at the house— we swam right off the dock and relaxed around the fire pit in the evening. The dock was so convenient and allowed for a charter boat to pull right up to pick us up and the house was also walking distance to a restaurant! The size of the indoor and outdoor tables and quantity of beds were perfect for our group of 10. We all enjoyed ourselves and are planning separate trips to return with our families in the future!

Our family of 6 had an incredible time. From check in to check out everything was fantastic. The home offered plenty to do for all four of our kids ranging from 6-18 years old. The boardwalk being a couple hundred feet from the house was a nice added bonus. Daniel was incredibly responsive anytime we had a question. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a fabulous stay at Home Base. It was so beautiful and comfortable. Felt like home away from home right away. The views are stunning and the house is well designed to take advantage of those. Daniel was super--answering questions within 15 minutes or less. At Daniel's recommendation, we rented a pontoon boat that was delivered right to the dock. What a great way to explore the lake. We loved the location since it is so close to Tim's restaurant and the ice cream place but feels like you are in the middle of lovely neighborhood. We hope to make this an annual tradition!

This was our first visit to Lake Anna. We had my 85 and 87 year old in-laws, two dogs and our family of 5 (3 “kids” 23, 20 and 15 yo). This house was perfect - beautiful views, easy access to the lake, a great place to swim, kayak and paddle board. Lots of options for food, craft breweries and entertainment. We loved the downstairs - ping pong was a hit as was the arcade game! Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc so we never were lacking. Daniel was incredibly responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again!!!

The kids had a blast. The game room was incredible. We really had a hard time getting the kids to come upstairs! And we played board games every night thanks to the plethora of family, kids, and adult games. Twister was hilarious!!! Loved having a dining room table that fit everyone. It was so nice to sit and have family time at breakfast and dinner with a spectacular view of the lake. Walking to the boardwalk for our nightly treat of Hawaiian Ice was so yummy :-)

We loved staying here for our family's first trip to Lake Anna! The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Our kid loved the game room downstairs and being on the water was amazing. We had fun kayaking, but there are so many activities to enjoy on the lake. Loved being close enough to the "boardwalk" that we could walk to ice cream, dinner, and mini golf. Very responsive and welcoming hosts, would definitely recommend to other families looking for a relaxing vacation house on Lake Anna.

Place was amazing. We had a fantastic time and we will definitely be back. Lake was clean and calm. They had kayaks provided and fishing equipment, etc. The lawn, patio and deck had a great view of the lake. Perfect amount of shade if you need that too. The inside had plenty of games for the kiddies to play. Very clean with tons of amenities. Our hosts were very quick to respond when a question was asked. I recommend this place highly. 10/10!!

This place is AWESOME! It is tucked away and feels private, but is so close to lots of stores, restaurants, and fun stuff to do. We had so much fishing, having fires, sitting on the porch, and playing games in the basement. It is the perfect place for larger groups or families to gather.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and our kids loved the games and bunk beds. Fishing down by the water was relaxing. Our kids loved seeing turtles down by the dock. This home was so beautiful. So many games to play, so much to do on the lake. Lots of space for larger families. We picked this house to bring our families from all over the United States to come together each year, this year we picked The Lake House. This house had everything to accommodate everyone in our family. And the neighbors were so kind and helpful. The community is very nice and peaceful. The host we're so helpful and appreciated the quick responses to all our questions. We loved this rental so much. This home is great for kids and large families.. Everything works, spacious, they have everything to get you started. Many books to endure games to keep you busy all day long. Boaters out fishing. The roads in this area are perfect Riding on twos. I have to come back for summer just to see how much more fun this area is. Thank you for these great memories we will treasure.

Daniel was a great host and the property was beautiful. The area is very peaceful and we enjoyed stargazing in the evening and watching the sunrise in the morning. The house was spacious and extremely well equipped (especially the kitchen). We cooked most of our meals here and they had everything we needed and more. Amazing home for our families ! We loved having a large master for my husband and I as well as our 2 year old to share. The big kids loved the bunks and the basement was great for aunt and uncle and their puppy. Cannot say enough good things about this house. The large dining table was perfect for our families and the basement was super fun for the kids to enjoy after the little ones bedtime. The entire family enjoyed our time at the lake house. Spacious with lots of comfortable beds and room to spread out. Loads of board games and activities the kids had a blast!
