This rental property has automated keyless entry smart locks with an easy to use keypad that will allow you to check-in and check-out seamlessly upon arrival and departure. We have a team dedicated to this property and our staff is available to be at the property in-person if you need anything or if a situation arises. Our "row" home was originally built over 100 years ago. We have updated almost everything, however, the structure and layout have NOT changed. So, our home has LOTS of stairs which may be difficult for many people. Please be careful and use the handrails located on both sides of the stairs. Additionally, if you have an extra-long or extra-wide vehicle, you might have difficultly accessing the private parking pad behind the home because it is off of a tight street that is fully used most evenings. In addition to the private parking pad, there is paid parking nearby if you have a XL vehicle.
