Check-in details arrive about 14 days before your stay, and your door code is sent about 24 hours before arrival once the required guest verification is complete.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Request it through your guest portal. Early check-in requests open seven days before arrival and close at 4 PM the day before. Approval depends on the cleaning schedule and isn’t guaranteed.
What are the parking rules?
Each home has its own vehicle limit and parking instructions in your guest portal. Please never park or drive on the grass, and plan to park at the home, since street and public parking aren’t available.
Can I bring my own boat?
