**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

This family-friendly retreat offers a tranquil, away-from-it-all atmosphere that everyone will appreciate. The outdoor area features a lush lawn and a cozy firepit for evening gatherings.

All Decked Out spans two levels. On the first floor, relax in a welcoming living area with comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a TV—ideal for unwinding. From here, step out onto the patio to enjoy the gas grill and outdoor space.

Upstairs on the main floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for creating memorable meals and snacks. The roomy living area comfortably seats your entire group, while the deck provides a scenic outdoor dining space—complete with a special dining area just for kids.

With Lake Anna as your backyard, you’ll have endless opportunities for outdoor adventure in this breathtaking lakefront setting!

You can head to Lake Anna State Park less than 10 miles north and try your hand at hiking, biking, and horseback riding, or take a guided tour of the Goodwin Gold Mine. King’s Dominion might be 27.4 miles away, but it’s one of the most popular theme parks nearby! The historic city of Fredericksburg is a short 30-mile drive.

Amazing. That’s all I need to say about Daniel’s Airbnb. We had four families which included kids and dogs, and this property was perfect for our group. The house was beautiful with its mid-century vibe and view of the lake; the pictures do not do it justice. With all the things to do around the house (swimming in the lake, game room, kayaking, and hot tub), no one was ever bored. There was so much space that it never felt crowded or felt that we were on top of each other. Too be honest, we always had a hard time deciding where to hang out between the actual house, the fire pit area, or the rooftop of the boathouse. They were all great shared spaces. Please do not hesitate to book this place. I’ve definitely added this listing as one I would rebook in the future.

The separate space for the kids is what sold us when we were searching for a vacation spot and the kids absolutely loved their area! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the dryer not working and it was replaced the same day! The dock, swim mat, and hot tub were such nice features and we took full advantage of them.
