Coffee and Tea lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups, Keurig, French Press, and Pour Over Coffee Maker. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our large deck, patio, porch, and propane gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a huge 10’ by 10’ inflatable dock, fire pit, 2nd Smart TV with XBox Series X (plays DVD & Blu-Ray), volleyball set, horseshoe set, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp. Level 2 EV Charger (Electric Car Charger) located in the garage. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it’s generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
