Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our dock, fire pit, deck, patio, and propane gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, fire pit, Smart TV, games, and an assortment of toys. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp for either the public or private side of Lake Anna. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

**Additional Information:**
– Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
– No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

Endless Views home and boathouse rental is a gem! The lake views were spectacular from every angle. The house smelled clean, felt cozy, and made unwinding indoors during rainy weather calming. We loved assembling puzzles, reading, lighting a fire in the pit with the provided wood, and really enjoying the sunroom. All furniture, pillows, and beds were clean and comfortable, and the bath towels were soft and plush. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, and the provided coffee pods were a nice touch. Outdoors, we took advantage of the water toys, floating mats, and kayaks—exploring scenic coves and admiring shorelines. We spent entire days on the boat dock swimming, lounging, napping, eating, drinking, bird watching, and zoning out. Great stress reliever! We would love to visit again in the future. The host was super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back! Bye house, bye lake! Sniff, sniff!!!
