We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, fire pit, Smart TV, games, and an assortment of toys. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp for either the public or private side of Lake Anna. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
