The home features a fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, comfy beds, an extra refrigerator and spacious dining areas both inside and out. Relax with a ping pong & pool table, foosball, arcade games, air hockey, a poker table, 3 kayaks, a firepit, and Roku TV. Wi-Fi included. Plenty of games and puzzles are also available to enjoy. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Food Lion, Dickinson’s Store, Century Farm Market and Cutalong Golf Club.

– Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

– Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
– $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
– $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

– Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
– Pet-friendly: Bring up to 3 pets with prior approval.
