After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
– $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
– $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost through our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, and can be waiting at the dock when you arrive, no hauling or hassle.

Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. Just let us know in advance to arrange tee times through our partnership.

The house has arcade games, connect 4, giant guess who, etc for bigger kids and an entire playroom of toys appropriate for toddlers up. There were also sound machines, a real mini crib, a pack n play, baby gates, a highchair, toddler dining seats, etc. for kids. House was also very well stocked with life jackets of every size. Definitely the most kid friendly house I’ve ever stayed at. House also had a nice kitchen/living/dining space, great bedroom set ups, and comfortable beds. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely consider for future trips to Lake Anna.
