**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, yard, fire pit, dock, beach, and driveway.

A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.

Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.

This house was just the perfect location for our family

This house was just the perfect location for our family reunion. The interiors are absolutely stunning, and the amenities beyond comparison – the arcade, games and pool were such a hit with the kids! The house itself is on a beautiful piece of the lake, and it was wonderful to go kayaking and paddleboarding.
Daniel and his team were incredibly responsive and thorough the entire time we were there. I would recommend this house over and over again!
