**Additional Information**
– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)
– Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM.
– Free Parking for 10 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
– No Pets
– Guests do not have access to the boat lift at the dock
– Gas firepit by the pool is not available for guest use

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $45 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
Access
Guests have full, private access to the home, fire pit, in-ground pool, dock, boat house, boat ramp (keycard for access is in the home; $150 replacement fee if lost), driveway, garage, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.
A pontoon boat is available to rent and can be delivered the dock—no trailering or pickup needed. Just coordinate with our trusted partner, DV Rentals LKA.

For all the amenities provided, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing place with beautiful views. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This house is unmatched if you have a large family

This house is unmatched if you have a large family with children or multiple families with its 8 bedrooms spread out between two floors. The screened in porch is a place we spent a lot of time with its comfortable furniture and ceiling fans. We were thrilled with the comfort of the beds and the plenty of upgraded towels – both bath and beach. We never ran out of towels. There are endless recreational amenities so that even the teenager is unlikely to be bored. The house is on a quiet cove and we kayaked every day. The pool was a bonus with our children. Initially we had booked another home, but we got a call as we were leaving for the lake that the night before a microburst damaged our house. Daniel and his team provided us with four options as a replacement and we chose this house and are glad that we did. Daniel’s team was incredibly responsive to the few minor things that came up. For example, they delivered a brand new grill when needed. Superior service and great house!
