Our fully stocked lakefront home is designed for a seamless stay, with a chef’s kitchen featuring high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and everything needed to cook, serve, and enjoy family meals. Outside, unwind by the pool (seasonal), relax at the custom dock bar, or gather on one of several lakeview patios and porches.

**Additional Information:**
-The 10 guest occupancy limit is a STRICT limit for both daytime and overnight guests.
– Free Parking for up to 4 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass) The 4 vehicle maximum is a STRICT limit.
– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
– 8 Adults Maximum
– No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking
– No Pets

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire house, yard, fire pit, dock, and driveway.

A pontoon boat is available to rent at an additional cost and will be conveniently waiting at the property’s boat house—no pickup, no drop-off, and no hauling required. Simply coordinate with our trusted local partner, DV Rentals LKA, to enjoy effortless lake days with more time on the water and less time in the car.

Golfers are welcome to enjoy member-for-a-day access at Cutalong Golf Club, a private 18-hole championship course nearby. As our guest, you’ll receive exclusive tee time privileges through our partnership—just let us know in advance.
