**Additional Information:**
– All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
– 12 Adults Maximum
– Enjoy Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles (No Parking or Driving on Grass).
– No Pets allowed.
– Indoor Wood Fireplace can not be used.
– Boat and Jet Ski Lifts not for guest use.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
– $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
– $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

The main floor also features a lakeside primary suite with deck access, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en suite bath. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide ample comfort for family and friends. Downstairs, the walkout basement includes a spacious game room and two more bedrooms with a full bathroom, offering extra space to spread out and unwind.
Outdoors, enjoy a large lakefront deck, private sandy beach, and a composite dock with deep water access. Gather around the lakeside firepit for evening s’mores, or play a game of cornhole, volleyball or horseshoes on the flat, grassy 1-acre lot.

Guests return to Peaceful Haven again and again — one family has booked three times, another twice — drawn back by the private cove setting and the way the house works for large groups. The huge pier accommodates everyone for swimming and boating, while the level backyard and paved sidewalk make it easy to haul wagons and kids down to the shallow beach area. Inside, the open kitchen-dining-living layout keeps everyone connected, and the basement game room (pool, foosball, ping pong, Wii, big-screen TV) gives teens and kids their own space when they're not on the water.
