– The owner’s boat, boat lift, and boathouse are not available for guest use. Rental boats may be tied off at the dock (cleats only).
– Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the garage and the rear deck (disclosed per policy).

– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 28 years old to book, and those under 28 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
– $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
– $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

Our local team is available around the clock through the app, by text, or by phone. We check in before your arrival and are nearby throughout your stay if anything comes up.

Pura Vida sits in a quiet cove on Lake Anna’s public side, where guests can enjoy the full lake lifestyle. You are walking distance to lakeside restaurants and the Lake Anna Boardwalk, and a short drive from wineries, breweries, marinas, farmers markets, and Lake Anna State Park. The wide open water in front of the home is perfect for water sports, fishing, or simply taking in the view.

The entire home and grounds are yours, with self check-in via smart lock. The in-law suite above the garage has its own private entrance. Free parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Please note: the owner’s boat, boat lift, and boathouse storage are not available for guest use. You are welcome to tie a rental boat off at the dock cleats.

Pura Vida is one of Lake Anna’s newest modern homes, built for groups who want comfort and connection on the water.

MAIN LEVEL
The great room greets you with a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and panoramic lake views from nearly every window. The gourmet kitchen features a Forno 6 burner gas range, stainless appliances, a wet bar, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The dining table seats 12, with more seating on the screened porch and the deck overlooking the lake.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
– Bedroom 1 (main level): Primary suite with king bed and spa style ensuite bath
– Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed with adjacent full bath
– Bedroom 3 (loft): Private loft with 4 twin beds and 1 full bed, perfect for the kids
– Bedroom 4 (lower level): King bed with ensuite bath and love seat
– Bedroom 5 (lower level): King bed
– Bedroom 6 (in-law suite above the garage): Queen bed and pull out sofa with its own private entrance

4.5 bathrooms in total, including a roll-in shower with bench for accessibility.

GAME ROOM
Pool table, shuffleboard, lounge seating, bar area, and a mini fridge.

OUTDOORS
Over 400 feet of waterfront in a quiet cove. Private dock with cleats for your rental boat, two kayaks, a paddleboard, and fishing poles. Boathouse sun deck, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor dining, hammock, and an outdoor shower. The best sunsets on the lake are included at no charge.

Lake Anna is an easy drive from most of the mid-Atlantic: roughly 45 minutes from Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville, and about 2 hours from Washington, DC. Free parking for up to 6 vehicles at the home. Boat rentals are available nearby on the lake.
