**Additional Information:**
– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
– Free Parking for up to 7 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
– The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
– The boat lift is not available for guest use.

An extraordinarily clean and spacious home with spectacular waterfront views throughout!

The main level: boasts two master suites, one with 2 king beds, one with its own private, waterfront patio. A comfortable living area with cozy, large sectional & 75’ TV, sweet sitting area (perfect for morning coffee) & formal dining room all conveniently surround the fully stocked kitchen. This level offers access to the lovely back deck as well as the large “sun room”, the perfect spot for dining and activities for larger groups!

The lower level: holds 4 bedrooms. The one master as well as 2 other queen bedrooms have gorgeous lake views! There is also a fun, animal themed bunk room on this level that is perfect for kids. Down here you will also find a cozy living area with TV, and an adult game room (with a pool table & foosball).

The backyard: Sprawling waterfront property offering ample lawn space, a large hot tub, fire pit & playground (swing set, 2 slides, rock climbing wall). Multiple swimming docks, ideal for sunbathing, and most importantly, a perfectly safe, no wake area for swimming! There is also a fenced in area for pets (that you can access from the main level of the home). We offer a propane grill and a Blackstone flattop for your use!

This lakefront home sleeps large groups comfortably with a layout that actually works: a huge dining table where everyone sits together, a separate sitting room off the kitchen, and bedrooms spread across both levels so families get their space. The boathouse is stocked like a summer camp — kayaks, paddleboards, floats, life vests for all ages — and the private dock sits in a no-wake zone perfect for swimming and fishing (one eight-year-old caught 70 fish in a week).
