Seclusion Shores is a premier waterfront residential community located on the exclusive Private Side of Lake Anna. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.
Unfortunately there is not a community boat ramp in this neighborhood so if you’d like to boat, you will need to contact DV Rentals (dvrentalslka.com) — a neighbor-owned operation that delivers to the property. Book early; they fill up fast.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!

Wine Tours: Discounted hourly rate for our guests with our partner, Monticello Wine Tour & Coach Company. Just let us know if you are interested and we will make the introduction!
