S’more Lake Anna is a brand-new lakefront home on the private side of Lake Anna. This spacious retreat sleeps 16 and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious great room, media room, and game room with ping-pong and arcade machine. Enjoy the 2-story dock, private boat slip, furnished deck, fire pit, and stunning sunset views. This spacious home sleeps 16 with 4 bedroom suites and 4.5 bathrooms across two levels. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, it features:

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Mineral, VA. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The house is beautiful, cozy, and surrounded by plenty of green space, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The kitchen was the most complete we’ve ever seen in an Airbnb — truly impressive and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. It was a peaceful, well‑kept place that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

S’mores Lake Anna was incredible! The house is very new and nice and open and spacious in the best way possible. The boat dock is so well stocked and the furniture on the top deck is so comfortable. There are tons of water toys and life jackets and extra supplies and we had everything we could possibly need and so much more. Daniel was a great host and we will definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

We had a great stay at S’mores Lake Anna house. House was fantastic, roomy enough for all 14 of us. Kids had a great time. Nice dock with kayaks, paddle boards, and lily pads. Great amenities, very comfortable and spotless. Highly recommend - we all enjoyed our stay there.

We had a great stay at Daniel’s place! We were group of families with young children and found it a nice place to be with the little ones. The kitchen was well equipped and centrally located, making it a good entertaining space. Since we visited mid July, the water was quite warm in the lake but we enjoyed the paddle boards and lily pad! Thanks for the stay!

Daniel was awesome, from check in to checkout always responsive and helpful, anything we needed was right there, easy access to the lake. My family and I had a great time, super spacious and clean home, everyone was fighting over who got to sit in the big fluffy chair in the living room! This was our third year in Lake Anna and this was our favorite house we stayed at. Looking forward to coming back next year!

S’more Lake Anna was the perfect place for our reunion. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of size and amenities. We appreciated the two fridges and well-stocked kitchen. The dock was clean and peaceful and there were plenty of kayaks/paddle boards/rafts for our group of 11 to share. Easy check in/out instructions, very responsive hosts - we hope to come back soon.

I had a great 4 night vacation with my family at this beautiful lake house. It went by too fast and we all wished we booked this place longer. First, the house is gorgeous, brand new, and pristine. The host paid attention to every little detail that you can think of and not think of to create a very luxiorious comfy home like experience at a serene location by Lake Anna. From the ping pong table, cinema size screen in the rec room, arcade machine, fully stocked kitchen, to the boat house stocked with all sort of non motorized sport toys for the lake, this home at this location is a magical getaway where I saw my family quickly unwind and disconnect from the daily tiring routine of work/home life in the DMV suburbs to the calm and peaceful nature of life by the lake. We fished daily, sat on the dock watching the lake buzzing with natural life, saw an American eagle, kayaked, paddled boarded, floated on comfy large floaters, and swam for long hours in warm and pristine lake.

House was amazing! We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautiful and the slip was super helpful! The comfy chair in the living room was a big hit with our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge bonus! Highly recommend staying here. One thing we did not know (and no fault to the owner) is the private side of the lake is extremely warm. It is supposedly 98 degrees year round. Made it not refreshing as expected! It was less crowded which was awesome for tubing and jet skis. Just noting for anyone who isn't aware like us!

My 13 friends and I stayed at this house to celebrate my 40th birthday. The shared house was spotless and well-furnished, with everything you could need, including two fridges, a washer and dryer, a coffee machine, a Keurig maker, and more. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We would 100% stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home and views. The house is very spacious (9 beds). The home is equipped with everything you might need. You don’t have to worry about bringing anything except your food and clothing. You don’t need to bring beach towels, there are several. My grandsons enjoyed playing ping pong in the evenings and watching movies in the tv room. Several board and card games are also available. Kayaks and paddle boards along with several life jackets are provided. Daniel, the host, really thought of everything you may need. The place is relaxing. I definitely recommend for a family reunion (or large family) or a friends getaway.

The house was beautiful and perfect for a large group. Everything you need for a great lake weekend was provided, plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and clean, water toys, etc. Daniel provided all info ahead of the trip and was very quick to respond to any questions. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. It was the perfect spot for a nice weekend on the lake

Daniel’s place was ideal for our group of 12 to get away for a weekend! Everything was as listed and easy to find. The kitchen was set up for us to easily cook large meals and hang out around the island to snack. The kayaks, tubes, and dock were wonderful and it was so relaxing to be by the water without having to worry about bringing our own equipment. The yard was large enough to play frisbee. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough linens. We all wish we could just move in and stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful waterfront property on Lake Anna. The location was perfect—right on the water with stunning views from the deck. The description and photos don’t begin to do this place justice. From the moment we arrived the warmth and relaxation we felt from the house was perfection. Usually in Airbnbs you have to bring extra items to ensure you have the right amount of paper towels, sponges, trash bags, etc. here…everything you could possibly need is already thought of. To actually have a REAL vacation and not have to worry about anything was amazing. The views are incredible and you feel as though you’re not even in Virginia. The house is beyond clean and comfortable. Being a clean freak myself, I usually feel the need to have to wipe down everything before I can relax, in this house, it was pristine. Everything felt clean and fresh. The hosts were amazing and really made us feel welcome. I already can’t wait to come back and stay!

Check-in was seamless, and he was quick to answer any questions. His local recommendations were also spot on. The location couldn’t have been better. Waking up to stunning lake views and having direct access to the private dock was a dream. We spent our days kayaking, sipping coffee on the deck, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Evenings by the fire pit under the stars were unforgettable. This stay far exceeded our expectations. Between the perfect location, top-notch amenities, and Daniel’s hospitality, it was worth every penny. We’re already planning our next visit—this is a place we’ll return to again and again!
