Coffee lovers will appreciate our nice selection of coffee. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our beach, dock, fire pit, deck, patio, and propane gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including a massive game room, water toys, Smart TVs, and an assortment of toys. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp for either the public or private side of Lake Anna. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

– Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
– All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
– No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
– Max occupancy for daytime and overnight guests is 16

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $30 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.
