Timeless Lake House

If there’s something you need and it’s not listed, please ask! Our fully equipped home is ready for large groups with two full kitchens, smart TVs, board games, a 4-player arcade, and a home gym. Outdoor lovers get a private sandy beach, a covered boathouse, kayaks, a paddleboard, a water trampoline, and a hot tub.

– No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property.
– Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, garage, beach, and dock. There are no cameras indoors.
– Please do not move furniture between rooms or levels.

**Additional Information:**
– All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
– Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
– 12 Adults Maximum (please limit to only 6 kids in the bunk room at a time)
– Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
– No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
– Boat lift and boat slips are not available for guest use.
– There is no community boat ramp at this home.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
– $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
– $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

Timeless Lake House sits on Elk Creek Road on the exclusive private side of Lake Anna, near the center of the lake and just outside the Rock Island Landing neighborhood in Mineral. With thousands of acres of clear water at your doorstep, this side of the lake is quieter and calmer than the public side, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports right from your own beach and dock. Wineries, breweries, mini golf, and family restaurants are all a short drive away. There is no community boat ramp for this home.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.

You have full access to the entire home, private beach, dock, and boathouse. There are bumpers and cleats is available for your boat, and kayaks and a paddleboard are provided. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!
Boat slips and lifts are not available to guests.
There is no community boat ramp for this home.

THE EXPERIENCE
Mornings here start slow: coffee from the Cafe drip machine, bare feet on the deck, and glassy water at the end of the lawn. Days run from the private sandy beach to the covered boathouse and back to the hot tub. Evenings gather around the stone fireplace under timber trusses, or head downstairs where the arcade and the bar keep the night going.

MAIN LEVEL
– Great Room: full timber trusses, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas insert, prow windows framing the lake, smart TV
– Chef’s Kitchen: pro-style 6-burner gas range with double ovens, black stainless Cafe appliances, microwave drawer, ice maker, and island seating for 4
– Dining Room: live-edge table for 8 under a wagon-wheel chandelier, windows on two walls
– Primary Suite: king bed, knotty-pine vaulted ceiling, French doors to the covered lakeside deck, ensuite with an oversized double shower
– Loft Room: queen canopy bed, ensuite with walk-in shower (the actual loft is off limits to guests)
– Nursery: crib, glider, and changing dresser (high chairs, pack ‘n play, baby monitor, and stair gates are on hand too)
– Half bath and full laundry room
– Covered porch with two daybed benches and outdoor dining; open deck with a built-in stainless grill and stone counters

WALKOUT LEVEL
– Game Room: 4-player arcade cabinet, a wall of board games, deep sectional, kids’ play couches, and two TVs
– Full second kitchen and bar: seating for 8, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker
– Home Gym: Peloton bike, adjustable bench, and Bowflex dumbbells
– Water View Bedroom: queen bed and wall TV on the walkout level
– Bunk Room: one full-over-full bunk plus two twin-over-twin bunks (limit of 6 kids at a time) with a cozy kids’ reading nook
– Two full baths: one with a walk-in shower, one with a tub for bath-time crews

OUTSIDE
The level lawn runs from the walkout patio straight to your private sandy beach with Adirondack chairs and loungers, and a water trampoline anchored just off the beach. The covered boathouse has an open slip with bumpers and cleats for your boat, a kayak and paddleboard rack, and a dockside dining table. The hot tub sits on the covered lower patio facing the water. A 50-amp EV outlet (NEMA 14-50) and garage parking round out the practical side.

Multigenerational families and groups of friends who want the full lake weekend: room for 16, two kitchens so nobody waits on breakfast, kid-ready from crib to bunk room, and the water at your doorstep from sunup to last light.

3289 Elk Creek Road is an easy drive from most of the mid-Atlantic: roughly 45 minutes from Charlottesville or Fredericksburg, about an hour from Richmond, and around 2 hours from Washington, DC. There is ample free parking at the home for up to 8 vehicles.
