• Lake & Stairs: The property sits on a slope typical of lakefront homes. There are stairs and a sloping path down to the boathouse and dock.
• Guest House: Please reserve use of the guest house only if it’s needed for your group.
• Streaming services available with guests’ accounts.
• The pool is open from Memorial Day through October 1. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees during this time.
• Enjoy free parking for up to 10 vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
• Security is paramount, with active surveillance cameras on-site, including a Ring camera on the front door and two cameras facing the backyard.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.

Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
 – $40 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
 – $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Guests have access to:
• The entire main house (all living areas, kitchen, bedrooms & game level)
• Outdoor spaces: deck, heated pool (seasonal), separate hot tub (year-round), fire-pit & lawn
• Private dock, boathouse & waterfront lounge areas
• Kayaks, paddles, life vests & basic fishing gear
