This place is beautiful! The beach right on Lake Anna is a huge plus for this house. It is a perfect spot for a trip with family/friends where you can really relax and unwind. The host was helpful, responsive, and explained things clearly.

This home was just what our group of 12 needed for a weekend retreat away! It was private, quiet, beautiful and had al
the things we needed: from cozy fireplaces and pits to plenty of room for puzzles and cooking great meals to lounging with a view! We loved most that the large dining table sat our whole group for meals and that it overlooked the 180 view of the lake. It was so restful with SO MUCH sleeping space and comfortable beds.
Surroundings were stunning! We even saw a huge bald eagle! We’re so thankful for the time here and for Daniel speedy response to meet our needs. We’ll be back!

We have stayed at many homes around Lake Anna and this home, by far, exceeded our expectations. We always require 8+ bedrooms and this is the BEST home layout we have ever experienced! Untouchable!

The kitchen and living space are center stage with the most incredible views of the lake. The home is at the tip of a point, so you get the views of the entire lake with a beautiful beach!

We stayed in January and with the expansive parking, drive around and various entry doors it was so easy to arrive! Communication with the host was superb. Informational notes around the home gave clear direction and the amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms and each bathroom were great!

We loved the bedroom touch with the towels on each bed as well! Fireplaces were fun, warm and made the stay! The movie room was super fun and games downstairs made it a ton of fun for everyone.

If you get a chance to stay here, do not pass it up! Can't wait for us to return in the future and stay longer......

I’m gonna be 100% honest. This is the BEST hosting I’ve been too. Let me get started. We arrived at the destination and the pictures matched the photos. The rooms were spacious and there was so much amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. We honestly didn’t even need to bring anything. The host was understanding of our late check out time and the views were amazing. Daniel recommended some nearby stores that we can go to to get things and the house was just honestly such a vibe. Will be back for sure!!

Great stay for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. He had lots of fun with his friends playing games, sitting around the firepit and in the jacuzzi with his friends. There was also enough space for all of the ladies to separate to do our own thing from them while they have their guy time/celebration. Would come back again!

Great place! Had a club retreat, great space to accommodate a large group of people! Host was very responsive if we ran into a problem or had any questions! Highly recommend

Everything we wanted and even more! The house was so much bigger than we had ever even thought it would be from pictures! So many areas for everyone to gather or to enjoy some quiet alone time! Kitchen was heavily stocked, games galore, super comfy beds, loved that many of the rooms had fireplaces to enjoy (since we came in January). We didn’t really use the outdoor amenities since it was so cold but there are a ton and we would love to come back during warmer weather. Daniel was a great host!

Perfect place for some relaxing time on the lake with a group! Would absolutely take the opportunity to come here again given the chance.

This is very beautiful house and it has everything you need for your entertainment and comfort. It was very clean and well maintained house. The hosts really cares for their guests. The host was very easy to communicate and always got response back in few minuets. If we going to take a vacation in feature we are definitely booking this house for sure.

The BEST home I’ve stayed at in Lake Anna and I’ve been to many over the past couple years. The house is absolutely beautiful very modern and the location is spot on, not to mention its gorgeous boathouse and deck. The house layout is perfect for multiple guest with plenty of rooms/bathrooms and the living room area was very cozy. We also felt safe in the neighborhood were the house is located. The hosts were very friendly, respectful, and responsive, and helped us with questions and information about the house. Winter or summer it does not matter with family or friends this home is a winner and defiantly a 5 star Airbnb!

The place was great. My family and I came down for Christmas. They accommodated us very well. They even had a tree set up for Christmas. The house was big and with all the children we were able to enjoy all the activities including sitting around the fire pit and kayaking. I would definitely come back!

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, even providing some charming holiday touches that made our stay extra special. Communication was easy...they were exceptionally responsive to us.

Our extended family of kids, parents and grandparents all found the property lovely. It's a brand new home that was very clean and well with furnished everything needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to prepare our holiday meals together. The kids played non stop with all the amenities: air hockey, golf, board games, kayaks, a hot tub and more.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate the holiday season together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway! We’ll be back too.
