Had a fantastic day, house was pristine condition and very beautiful area. It was a friend’s get together for us and we all had a great time and enjoyed the layout of the home very much.

Excellent place for a large group. Lovely property in a good location. The home was clean, modern and well-maintained. We will stay here again when we come back next year.

Great place and a good price. Nothing is perfect but the knocks I have are acceptable considering the price. It is a great value for a large group, I'd recommend it to friends.
We had a great time at Lake Anna! The check in process was easy and the house as well as all the amenities were the perfect compliment to our spring break getaway. We would recommend highly to anyone in the area looking for a place for a larger group to stay!
Peaceful lake house very well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen, yard and for the kids. Sandpit and toys were a big hit!

We had a fantastic stay at this Lake Anna home! The house was clean and exactly as advertised, making us feel comfortable the moment we arrived.
The layout is a dream for families with little kids. Our children spent hours in the upstairs playroom and the backyard playground, which made the trip so much easier for the adults. Being within walking distance to the community beach was the icing on the cake, allowing for easy trips to the water.
This home truly offers the perfect mix of convenience and entertainment. We loved every minute of our vacation here and will definitely continue to book this house for our future trips to the lake. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, kid-friendly getaway!
We were a group of 7 women + 1 baby and felt very comfortable in the home. There was even more space than we had anticipated! Daniel was was quick to answer our questions and also made sure we had what we needed when we reached out to him during our stay. We enjoyed our time and would recommend him as a host for future guests!
Wow. I rented this space for an intimate birthday celebration; eight couples and two singles. The space catered seamlessly with every guest. Large groups can be a pain to accommodate but this home, met every need. The most peaceful part of the weekend was waking up and seeing the sunrise through the living/ master bedroom. Talk about a natural reset for life. I had caterers and they loved the kitchen and all that was stocked. One night we had a dessert bar and the home came with the cutest waffle cone cups/ ice cream spoons. The home is discrete enough to where you feel secluded but still within a safe community. I wish there were more I could write to fully describe the perfection of this home. I believe I may have started something annual with my village and we have Daniel, and his team’s home, to thank for that. Whether for a girls/ boys trip, family gathering, a space to reset and recharge, this will be it. 10 out of ten literally nothing else to recommend!!!!! B O O K :)

A fantastic stay! The house is even better in person. Every amenity you can think of this house has it. The urinal in the game room bathroom was the cherry on top. Daniel was extremely responsive and luckily did not need to bug him. Already dreaming of my next stay here.
Daniel’s house is extraordinary. With beautiful lake right in front, surrounded by beautiful and peaceful nature, it’s the best get-away spot for a family or friends to have fun. Rooms are clean, all sorts of thoughtful amenities are available, I had an awesome weekend there with my buddies. Highly recommend.

There is a fairly extensive checkin process outside of airbnb: Name all guests, $300 refundable security deposit (or a non refundable $100 deposit), upload photos of your ID and take a live photo of yourself for verification; not a dealbreaker but a little tedious
