We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Carr’s Landing. The surrounding were so peaceful and relaxing. We appreciated the access to kayaks so we could at any time, enjoy some time on Lake Anna. The house was very nice, with wonderful space for our family to relax and was well equipped with all needed kitchen necessities, such as a wonderful coffee make! Thank you for thinking of everything to create a wonderful get away for our family.

Home had beautiful views and was in a great location for just hanging at the lake. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Would visit again!

We very much enjoyed it. One suggestion—instead of a large bed in every room have at least one bedroom with 2 smaller beds. Not everyone, particularly older kids, wish to sleep in the same bed.

Daniel was super professional throughout the entire process of our Airbnb booking. Would definitely consider booking this or any other of Daniel‘s other Airbnb properties again!

This was a great house - it was my husband and I and 7 teens… more than enough room, space… beautiful, clean, great amenities and water access!

We loved our stay at the house. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
The only downfall was not being able to use the canoe but everything else was great.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We had 10 adults and 3 toddlers and it was more than enough space and had a lot of necessities we needed for kids. The kitchen is so easy to cook and entertain in, comes with everything you need for a big meal.
The outside was so peaceful and the beach and dock were an added bonus! The lake water was super warm, easy to swim and fish in, we also enjoyed kayaking and padel boarding.
Daniel was an excellent host!! He was extremely responsive and gave me many tips / advice about the area & house. We have 0 complaints about our stay.
This was definitely the cleanest air b n b we stayed in!
Highly recommend if you’re looking for some R&R with an big group!

We had a fantastic stay here. The home is beautiful and very nicely appointed. We especially loved the lakefront location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and would like to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect house for a family summer get-away. The lake was beautiful, fishing was great, and the house met every need and then some!!

Great stay! House was spotless and ready to entertain old and young alike! Layout and decor was very well thought through and executed. Attention was paid to all details. There is even a Tesla compatible charger in the garage that came in handy for the return trip. Perfect place for fun and adventure with family - everyone had an amazing time!

This house is incredible!!! My husband and I booked this with our friends to treat our kids (ages almost 4 - 7 and a half) to a pre-school vacation. This home was everything we could've hoped for, perfect space for families to spend quality time together indoors and outdoors. The hosts were so gracious and their communication was top notch. They addressed small issues we ran into immediately (same day) - I was blown away with the care they put into making this property and our stay perfect. We are already looking forward to booking again next year. There was nothing that we were left wanting. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us and letting us build memories that we'll cherish

Outdoor scenes are stunning! We loved sitting out on the deck and patio overlooking the lake. Kayaking was easy/accessible for us to use. Walking to Tim's restaurant and ice cream. Very family friendly spot - highly recommend for lake vacation!

This house was perfect for our group! The house was very clean and was very spacious. The location was perfect, a nice quiet spot on the lake. Daniel and the other hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had before our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The outside amenities were perfect for our family with 6 school age kids. The swimming area that lead to the lake was wonderful. We brought to small kayaks but they had lots of other toys that we used. The porch and the firepit was great! The kitchen was the disappointment. Very dirty rug, horrible frying pans, no serving dishes, and only one large pot. When trying to cook for 12 people, that we difficult. The utensils were old and dirty. The game room was really nice and had lots of fun games but all the beds had old, uncomfortable mattresses. We would def go back to this house if it was cleaned up and had the above mentioned repairs.

We had such a great time at Fin & Tonic! A fantastic spot for friends and family visiting from abroad. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the cinema and games room were a huge hit. Beautiful home, lots to do, great location - a fun experience all round. We’ll definitely be back!
