We booked this house for one of our annual family trips down to Lake Anna. This was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. The house is just as described, huge spacious bedrooms with plenty of beds for everyone, a massive open concept living room/kitchen with a huge kitchen island. The location is great as its tucked away on the private side of the lake and there's minimal boat traffic. The outdoor entertainment space was amazing! From the heated pool and hot tubs, to the kids playground and the beach area, everyone was able to spread out and have a good time. The kids loved watching movies in the theatre room at night and everyone really enjoyed everything this house had to offer. The host was very responsive and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this home for your next Lake Anna visit.

Our group really enjoyed our time here. A highlight was the access to the water, having a private dock, and the view from most rooms! All the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back in the future!

Our group picks a house for a weekend every year to go the Ren Fair. While this house was a little farther from the fair it was 100% worth the extra drive time. This house is amazing, so many activities for all ages, the private beach area was beautiful and wonderful for the kids to be able to play in shallow warm water! Any issue we had Daniel immediately solved for us. The only part we didn’t love was the additional non refundable deposit (you could opt for the $3000 refundable deposit but that’s extreme) when there are some things that could use upgrading or fixing around the house. But other than that the house made for a perfect weekend with friends and family.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Beautiful sunrises and peaceful surroundings. The whole place was very clean and the linens and towels smelled amazing.

Daniel was truly a super host. He was always responsive and on top of everything, which made our stay very enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout our visit.
Although the propane tanks were empty when we arrived, Daniel responded quickly and helped us resolve the issue. The outdoor fireplace was fantastic, and the properly dried firewood made the experience even better.

We had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time at Lake Anna and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had a great stay at Daniel's house!! Daniel was extremely communicative before, during, and after the trip. He helped us rent a pontoon boat and provided thorough recommendations for local food and fun. We spent most of the trip out on Lake Anna--tubing, fishing, and exploring. Daniel's house was the perfect place to return after a day of lake adventure. We enjoyed the dock, fire pit, kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, ping pong table, and more! Overall, we had a perfect trip and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! It's beautiful location on Lake Anna! My family and I really enjoyed it. Ample room, lots of stuff to do. They really made it open and easy to utilize. We recommend it!!

Wonderful stay for a guys weekend! Beautiful location on the lake and breath taking views of the water. House was well equipped with things to do. Pier and dock made for great times hanging out and pictures. Highly recommend!!!

Daniel's house was amazing! It was so clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a beautiful area and the house was so comfortable and perfect!!! Daniel was very responsive as well! We will definitely stay again!!

Easily the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. House is well appointed and comfy. Beautiful inside and outside. Patio with ceiling fans was perfect for late May weather. Hot tub at night was great. Super cute kids room with bunk beds and separate bath upstairs. 3 bedrooms on main floor were comfy. Ideal for girls weekend or 2 families with kids. Definitely highly recommended.

This rental was a fantastic house and a beautiful property right on the water. We had a big group of 10 adults and everyone was able to swim comfortably. The dock / slip on the water was a beautiful place to spend time on the water and the indoor space & patio were perfect for hosting big family style meals.
We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again in the coming years.

Daniel was a great host, and his house had everything we needed. I was so happy that our family of eight was able to enjoy our time together. The garage playroom had a really cool vibe, and the kids absolutely loved it.

The beach was the center of our outdoors. Great fishing, large mouth bass, sunnies, catfish and a very large snapping turtle. We used the kayak and a canoe to noodle around the shoreline. My 4 year old grandson enjoyed playing in the sand and on the large floating raft. The kitchen has everything you need and we used it and the grill. The house was very clean. The large sectional couch in the living room was a focal point for us along with the great views of the lake.

Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable lakefront retreat!

Great place! Beautiful view of the lake. House had everything we needed for an easy stay (basic kitchen supplies, beach towels, firewood). We had an issue with the hot tub heating up but we called and someone came out to resolve it that day.

House was very clean and nice! Beach area at house was great for our young kids to play. Overall was very nice and had a great time.
