As advertised. Very comfortable house with good lake access.

This house is absolutely beautiful and truly feels like a little oasis away from home. My friends and I spent our days swimming in the lake, kayaking, paddle boarding, and relaxing by the fire at night with our furry friends. Daniel is an incredible host who responds quickly, offers great recommendations around town, and makes the entire stay easy and relaxing. Whether you are vacationing with kids or friends, this property is perfect for larger groups. I will absolutely be back in the future!

Lovely weekend at Lake Anna. The house is wonderful, the lake is gorgeous. The kids loved the games, hot tub, kayaks and pool.

I had the most wonderful time here with my friends! Daniel was so friendly and communicative. He was quick to answer any questions we had and gave us so many amazing suggestions. The house was beautiful inside and out. The lake area was cozy and peaceful, and also felt pretty cozy and private. It was truly a dream trip - would highly recommend!

Our family was very comfortable and had enough room in Daniel's home. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds and pillows comfotable. Each family had space to spread out. There were several spaces to gather as a family, but it seemed the media room was the biggest hit. The grands watched movies during the rainy mornings and the adults gathered here to play Pictionary in the evening. Even though the days were cool and a little drizzley, the large heated outdoor pool was a hit with the grandchildren while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Inside there were plenty of games in the family room area: basketball, air hockey, a tv golf game and more. The large kitchen was great to cook in with lots of spices to use. We appreciated the drawer full of coffee pods. Daniel was a responsive host at every point - before, during and after our stay.

This house was wonderful to stay at. The view from the dock is stunning especially at sunset. The host is extremely responsive when anything arose that our family had questions about. Definitely would stay here again!

This house is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked complete with spices, an instant pot and even an air fryer. There was plenty of glassware which we appreciated. The place was spotless. The gym wad also a nice touch for our very active group. We were also able to use the pickle ball courts. It seems like they have thought of everything. The group throughly enjoyed our stay even in a very rainy long weekend.

House was very clean upon our arrival and the host was always responsive during our stay and if we had any questions before the stay too.

As an annual Lake Anna Vacationer this location stood out as one of the best spots, we have ever chosen to stay in. Daniel and hos Cohosts have created a very comfortable and enjoyable home for a nice family getaway. Messaging could not have been better and luxuriousness of home was unmatched to any previous stays.

This was one of the best of all our vrbo experiences -- a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Very spacious, all amenities, comfortable beds, lots of windows, high view of the lake, dock right on the water. Well tended property. Worked well for our group of all ladies, and would love to come back with my family.

This home was perfect for a larger group and the water was so nice with easy access to the lake. Daniel was a great host and was so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had.

We had an amazing time! We were a group of three couples and 2 teenagers and the house was incredibly spacious. Everyone felt privacy in their rooms and community in the common areas.
Check in was simple and finding the location was easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when necessary.
There were minor issues, but nothing major that wasn't easily resolved. The hot tub needs a deep cleaning, but that didn't effect the rating since it didn't impact our stay.

Beautiful home

Home and views were beautiful. Kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils, etc… I have rented many homes with Air BNB and this one is definitely a family favorite.
