This place was amazing! We even recommended it to friends immediately after returning! We would rent here again! And we would rent from Daniel again!
Daniel was fabulous to work with: proactive in communicating, responsive both before & during the trip, and always helpful, friendly & professional.
Things we loved about this place - the clean, fresh feel, open spaces & brightness of the whole house! We loved the water access, dock, boat lift, extra kayaks & pickleball. The internal amenities were fabulous also! Ping pong, air hockey, gaming station, etc. - these were great for the rainy days!
We cannot wait to return to Lake Anna & this home specifically! 5 stars are not enough!!!

This home was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Arrived with our family of 13 for a family dinner on Saturday for my grandson and nephew high school graduation, this home did not disappoint. The kids and adults enjoyed the kayaks and the 2 game rooms. We had ample space for our dinner and the home was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Refrigerator was clean and in good working order. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious in size. The master bathroom jet tub is wonderful after a day on the dock fishing. We enjoyed ample seating around the fire pit and dock. Other than a handful of minor details out of place inside and outside, upon arrival and which will be easy fixes and of the many vacation home my family and I have enjoyed, this home is one of my top 3 favorites that definitely would get a second booking. I definitely give this home and host may I had for extremely timely response to every email and text . This home is a 10/10 hands down❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗

We had a great time staying here. It is a beautiful house and location. The beach is a wonderful feature and there are plenty of activities and things to do at the house. Was very clean and provided plenty of space for our large group!

Great Family Vacation!! The home has a fun retro vibe that we loved and is spread out perfectly to accommodate larger groups. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is a great size for multiple people to cook together. It rained the first few days but the house had so many places to chill/play games/visit etc. that we still had so much fun. The views were amazing and once the weather cleared we enjoyed lots of time on the top of the dock and in the water. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and had a blast tubing. I highly recommend Mobile Watercraft Rentals - Amanda was wonderful to work with and the whole rental process was a breeze. We enjoyed a great evening boating to The Cove for dinner. Daniel could not have been more helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend this home for your family vacation!

Very nice house and easy information and amenities.

Our vacation with ten family members was FANTASTIC, thanks to Daniel’s great Airbnb! The lakefront home was gorgeous, the well-stocked kitchen made our cooking contest a huge success and the five en suites were perfect!
We had kayaks, SUP’s and a paddle boat to enjoy the lake throughout the day, along with a lovely beach area that had easy access into the water for enjoyable swimming. Our family likes to play pickleball, and the newly resurfaced dedicated courts at the Waters HOA community area allowed for many fun matches. After playing PB, jumping into the refreshing community pool, was ideal for the heat! At the end of our busy days, the great room had lots of seating and space to enjoy hanging out, board games and chatting! The large farm table was ideal and accommodated all of us for delicious meals! The game room and the hot tub on the terrace level were terrific additions to all the activities we enjoyed. We are grateful to have made so many wonderful memories during our stay!

We have stayed in this home twice and hope to be back again! In addition to a great location in a quiet/walkable neighborhood this home is perfect for groups or families. Every bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen has everything you’ll need. The home is very clean and the management is extremely responsive. Exactly as advertised.

We had a group of 12, and this house was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful week on the lake. DV Rentals was great to work with for our pontoon rental. The host Daniel was a great communicator if we had questions he replied within minutes. The house had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, add other essentials. The main and upper floor bedrooms had their own private bathroom, The two rooms in the basement shared a bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We look forward to coming back again in the future.

I absolutely loved Daniel’s place! This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The dock area was by far the best I’ve experienced at any Airbnb. The water was deep enough to dock our boat with no issues, and the dock was beautiful, well maintained, and had comfortable seating areas. We especially enjoyed the upper deck overlooking the lake.
Even though we had rain on a few days, we still enjoyed the pool, and I appreciated that the yard and pool were maintained during our stay.
Daniel is an extremely responsive host who truly understands hospitality and how to make guests feel at home. I also appreciated thoughtful touches throughout the house, including step stools where guests might need them. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our entire group.
I would absolutely stay here again and would gladly book any of Daniel’s properties. Beautiful home, exceptional host, and a wonderful stay from start to finish.

This house delivered on all points important to guests - clean, comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, great amenities: kayaks and paddle boats (we used every day during our week stay), fire pit and barbecue grill were used regularly, screened in back porch for meals. This warmer side of Lake Anna was ideal for the grandkids. No hesitation to get in! It’s a spacious beautiful home tastefully decorated with a floor plan that worked very well for our group of 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 5. Both Zachary and Daniel were very responsive by promptly messaging back responses to my many questions. An issue that arose over the weekend of our stay was immediately addressed. We would come definitely come back!

Great home!! We loved the location on the lake! And the sunroom with all the windows gave this home great Lake views even if the weather was a little rainy. We enjoyed the dock area and spent most of our days down on the water. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience and get away with the family! The only problem was not booking this amazing place for a couple extra days! The one-on-one kayak was a great experience with family! Will be booking in the future

This house had everything we’d hope for and more! Kids enjoyed the lake, kayaking and fishing. Heated pool made any cool weather unnoticeable; hot tub and sauna was a big win among adults. Enough indoor entertainment for everyone with the arcade, basketball, pool table, etc.
the only thing I would point out to be aware of is that there is only one bathroom to share downstairs for 2 bedrooms plus the 3rd kids bunk bed room, so plan accordingly for your crew.
