Daniel’s Bumpaas house is beautiful! Host was responsive and on top of things that popped up while we were there. Would recommend this house for large groups and especially people with kids. Our children loved the game room with bunk beds. The hot tub was great for relaxing evenings and early mornings! The fire pit was perfect for stores! The kitchen and dining table were perfect for family dinners. The view is extraordinary. Everyone had space to “just be” we are super grateful that we had such a special time with family.
Thanks to Daniel and team for their hospitality. We tried to leave the place better than we found it.

We had a great time here and the host was very accommodating to our requests. The home was well kept with many amenities provided. We would definitely book again. We brought 17 people from 4 families and always had enough space and sleeping areas. We all loved it.

Amazing place! The location is great, the house is in very good shape, it's clean, the owners are responsive, and I seriously have no complaints. Having stayed in multiple places around Lake Anna, I can say this is our favorite.

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children. Daniel was extremely responsive when we reached out a few times during our stay. Proactive communication regarding check in and check out instructions, in addition to helpful recommendations. We recommend booking with Daniel!

Had a nice time at a great place.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! We did a little winter cabin weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy the lake itself, but the house kept us very entertained. We loved the space's openness, and the kitchen is wonderful for making big meals. The theater room was amazing, and there were lots of different games in the basement. We had a question about the hot tub, and Daniel answered literally within seconds. He had clear and detailed instructions for everything. My friends and I have already started talking about reserving this house again because we loved it and the host so much!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. We loved the game room and movie room, and the views were beautiful. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Communication was excellent with immediate responses to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Very peaceful and clean house, lots of kids activities in the basement, we loved the movie theater, and very responsive host. We loved the stay!!

For Christmas my grown children gave me and my husband a weekend away with them and their wives. We chose Lake Anna and were thrilled with the town and house. The house was absolutely perfect and the views were amazing. We cooked all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, watched movies, played games, built a fire in the lake side fire pit. The entire weekend was magical. I will be a return guest to Lake Anna and definitely, Daniel's home. Daniel could not have been a better host.

An exceptional lakehouse experience. The home is beautifully designed, very clean and felt truly luxurious throughout. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the finishes to the comfortable
furnishings (we loved the bedding!). The lake views are stunning and create a serene atmosphere—perfect for relaxing and recharging.
The outdoor spaces were just as impressive and we got to enjoy a night at the firepit.
Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was effortless. This property exceeded expectations in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Lake Anna getaway!

Beautiful lake home! Our family spent a holiday weekend at the lake celebrating our daughter’s birthday. She and her friends loved the kids room and the arcade games in the basement! The home was spacious, clean, and inviting. Everyone in the group raved about the comfortability of the beds! Our host, Daniel, was most communicative! Great Airbnb - nothing to think about; just book it!

The lake house was an amazing Galentines getaway for us working moms. The boat dock was wonderful to sit at and just read a book and play games. The beds were extremely comfortable and the number of windows made the place feel light and airy. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather and enjoy some of the other amenities.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully designed and well-appointed the space is. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the common areas were perfect for gathering, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and having two kitchens was helpful when cooking for a large group. The plunge pool and the game room were huge hits and kept everyone entertained. Despite visiting during the colder months, the home offered so many amenities that we were able to enjoy the property without ever feeling limited by the weather.
The hosts were responsive and proactive about sharing recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, and breweries, and activities. Their suggestions made planning our trip easy.
Our group would absolutely love to return when the weather is warmer to experience the outdoor spaces and lake even more. Highly recommend this property; you won’t be disappointed

We absolutely loved staying here! Great for blend of kids and adults - the game room and hot tub were awesome additions! Plenty of space to hang out, cook, and eat as a big group and also enough space for people to do their own things. GREAT outdoor porch space. The place was beautifully decorated and furnished - definitely felt like we were on vacation. Would definitely recommend!
