Absolutely BEAUTIFUL house and wonderful location! Super family friendly and we really loved that there was a sense of privacy as opposed to neighboring houses being right on top of us. The large kitchen and movie theater room were two of our favorite features. Hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always very prompt with their responses. We will absolutely be booking again!!

This home is amazing. We had multiple generations from ages 1 to 75 and everyone had a great time. With the multiple living spaces and activities this home provided there was something for everyone to do. Best family vacation ever.

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Lakeside home at Lake Anna. The seven-bedroom house was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect getaway for our group. The amenities were top-notch, we particularly loved the hot tub, standup raft, and kayaks, which provided endless fun on the lake.
The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed to prepare meals for our group. With multiple refrigerators and grills, we had plenty of space to store food and enjoy family barbecues. The second floor deck on the boathouse was another highlight, offering plenty of space for both dining and lounging, complete with a grill and ample seating.
Evenings were spent around the fire pit, enjoying the peaceful surroundings under the glow of charming bistro lights. This home truly had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

The house is absolutely amazing! The decoration and all the little details made a huge difference in our stay. The kids loved it and had a lot of fun. There are different activities to do every day, providing the opportunity to share quality time with the whole family. Daniel answered every question and went above and beyond to help with every request I had. The place is handicap accessible—the elevator and ramp were game changers for a member of our party who has trouble walking. I would definitely stay here again.

Daniel was a great host. He was very responsive whenever I had questions and he let us check in 30 minutes early. We really appreciated it. The house was clean and the view was spectacular. The lake was so close, we felt like we were floating on the water! We can’t wait to visit again.

Daniel was an amazing host! He constantly made sure to keep us in the loop and sent us detailed instructions before both check in and check out. We had questions throughout our stay and he made sure to answer them quick and effectively!

The house was beautiful, and you could not ask for a more perfect lot. Great views of the lake, private beach, kayaks for everybody; we had an absolute blast.

House was fabulous for 6 adults and 5 kids ages three months to 5 years. We come to Lake Anna every year and would definitely stay here again! In addition to a great house, the neighborhood is also lovely and we enjoyed taking walks around it in the morning.

We loved our family stay for Labor Day weekend!

Great place for a lakeshore relaxing vacay with friends. The water was warm this side of the lake and lots of things to do.

We had a wonderful time at Daniel's house, during the Labor Day weekend. There were plenty of amenities and things to do for our group, including the pool, hot tub, and kayaking. The kids enjoyed the basement basketball hoops, pool table, etc.
The location was nice and quiet as well. I recommend Daniel's place for a good Lake Anna getaway.

Really nice house for a big group. Lots to do, beautiful scenery, very private. The water in Lake Anna is so hot (basically bath water) which was an interesting surprise.

The house was amazing, this was our second time going. It was truly perfect and we will definitely be going back.

We had a family reunion for the 2nd time here. Daniel was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The house was spacious, beautiful and perfect for our family. I cant think of anything that could have made our vacation better

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The dock area is perfect for both adults and kids. The kayaks and lily pad were a hit. Sleeping arrangements were also great. Very clean home and Daniel was so responsive any time we had questions. Hope to be back next year!

Daniel and Edwin’s place is absolutely gorgeous. It is the perfect spot to relax with family. They were incredibly communicative with all the details as well. The availability of a boat for rent (Zack was incredible!) was a huge plus. Paddle boards, floats, life vests, games, cornhole boards, tiki torches, wood - you name it, they have it.
The history of the lake is fascinating- making it about 10 degrees warmer than air temperature. It never bothered us but it opens up the chance to rent early and late in the season!

Our family of 7 stayed at Daniel’s house on Lake Anna, and let me tell you, this place was stocked better than Walmart on Black Friday.
Ever wonder what it’s like to cook with every kitchen gadget ever invented? Me neither—but now I know. They had everything from a waffle maker (which my kids mistook for a toy) to two blenders (because one is never enough). And I have never seen so many varieties of coffee.
The pantry was so well-stocked, I’m convinced the hosts must have connections with a Costco executive. Need paper towels? There were so many rolls, we could’ve TP’d the entire neighborhood. And there were enough towels to dry off the entire state of Virginia.
The house came with kayaks—plural—so we could glide across the lake like we were in a scene from a nature documentary.
There were so many indoor and outdoor activities available that we never heard the words, “I’m bored,” during our stay.
We’ll definitely be back—if only to see what new amenities and supplies were added.
