My family loved it here! The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything you need. The view is gorgeous. The boat house has kayaks, a paddleboard, fishing poles, and life jackets which made things even more fun! Wifi was solid a that's a big deal for me as I run a business even on vaca. We will be back next year!!! 10 out of 10

This was our first stay at lake Anna and it was great! The kids had a blast and it was all just outside the back door. The house was immaculate! The ping pong table was a real hit every night! The fire pit overlooking the lake was relaxing and the view was awsome with the moon shining on it. Zach and Dan were excellent host. They were very responsive and quickly addressed any questions or concerns. We loved that the linens were provided and that the Airbnb fees were taken care of by them. We would definitely consider letting them host us again in the future!!

My family gathered together to celebrate my mom’s 83rd birthday. The house was a beautiful setting for the event. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were perfect, the dock was wonderful. We had a great time -thank you!

We had a great time at Blue Heron! Daniel was a great host who was super responsive and gave us helpful information on boat/jet ski rentals as well as local stores in the area. The house is full of entertainment for kids and adults and was just as pictured. The beach area was perfect for our kids and the house had plenty of outdoor seatings areas to enjoy the views.

Our stay at Silver Beach Lake Anna was fantastic. We loved the spaciousness of the home and the outdoor features, including the private beach and dock. The stunning lake views were both relaxing and breathtaking. The home was equipped with all the essentials and more. Communication with the host was flawless and timely. Dan is an excellent host—kind, understanding, and very efficient in managing the property. Highly recommend for a luxurious and fun-filled family getaway!

This home was amazing for our large group. It was exactly what we were looking for! It had everything that we needed and more! If you are looking for a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the lake, this home is definitely it! Thank you so much for making our guys fishing trip one to remember!

This is an awesome house, we had a wonderful time! The host was extremely helpful!

The house is very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The lakewater was very warm due to high temperatures and being on the warm side of the lake, but we had a wonderful time! The only downside and disappointment we had was there are no blinds in the windows so from the master bathroom, the neighbors can easily see in while your showering, which makes it uncomfortable for family sharing of bathrooms. Other than that was a wonderful place and had a great time.

Wow! Daniel and team were ultra responsive, made sure our stay was 1000% of what we expected and paid for. The home is beautiful, clean and family friendly. Games, TVs and everything we needed to keep ages 4-65 entertained. The property was immaculate, beds were very comfy and the plenty of sitting, laying and rocking furniture for our party. Would 100% books again!

This is a great place with very professional hosts. I highly reccomend staying here if you love a clean, comfortable, lake-life stay!

Was there for a week and was much to do and experience the entire time. When a problem did arise it was treated in an very fast fashion and corrected.

We had such an amazing vacation here. The house was beyond beautiful & had everything there that we needed which is unusual for a rental. We did lots of kayaking, fishing, swimming, & relaxing right off & on the boat dock. The host provided a lot of items to be used on the lake, as well as, games & kids toys that helped entertain adults & little ones alike. Even in the heat, we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit which the kids loved. When we first arrived, the only suggestion I had was to add more sand for kiddos; however, to my surprise, my grandsons really didn't want to spend much time in the sand. They loved swimming in the warm water. This house & the land is beautiful so I do ask others to please have respect for this house/land & pick up after yourselves. There was a lot of trash and lake items left by previous renters that the host quickly handled. We will definitely be visiting Lake Anna & this house again. I highly recommend Lake Anna, this house & host!!

The house was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The house was stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to having multiple highchairs, pack and plays, sand toys, water toys, kayaks, chairs, etc. Highly recommend for families of kids of all ages. There is so much for kids to do! We never needed to leave the house. The house literally offers everything you need for a great vacation.
Location is perfect and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Grocery store is only 10 mins away or so.
Daniel is a great communicator/ host and very responsive with any questions you have!
Definitely will be booking again!

Daniel is by far the most polite, honest, and upfront host I’ve met. He was very helpful with anything and everything I asked and responded in a timely manner. He let us arrive a little early so we could load our boat and jet ski and even told us about a ramp to load them free of charge. The house was gorgeous and was a very needed peaceful getaway. He gave us local knowledge and even supplied fire wood for us. I will definitely be renting from him again. 10/10

Zachary and team went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space to spread out with our large party and the first floor king bedroom was perfect for my grandmother who can’t climb stairs. There were tons of things to keep the kids busy when they weren’t out on the water. They loved the Xbox, arcade game, and ping pong table. The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with luxurious wares and a gas stovetop. We didn’t eat out even once. Food lion is just a quick 12 minute drive and the dollar general is even closer. If you’re looking for a beautiful and quiet place to getaway with a large group, this is it!

This house was fantastic! The room set ups with the attached bathrooms were great for the kids, the kitchen was airy and plenty of seating for eating and relaxing, and everything was clean and smelled great. Loved the extra fridge/freezer for additional food. The best place to eat was definitely the enclosed porch. To be able to sit outside without getting attacked by bugs was such a perk!

The kids spent all day in the water. It was shallow enough for them to stand and super clear, plus they loved playing on the beach.

The hosts were extremely responsive to all inquiries and requests and even came same day to bring us some more kiddie life vests!

Would definitely look at staying at one of their properties again next year.

Our family had a fantastic time at this amazing house. Daniel is a wonderful host. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including a great game room, a private beach, and kayaks. The view is stunning. We will certainly be back!
