Stop searching for a house at Lake Anna and book this place! You will not be disappointed. Beautiful and SPACIOUS house with a great dock for all lake activities. This section of the lake was nice and calm--great for the kids to take kayaks out, swim, and fish until their hearts' content. And plenty of entertainment indoors when you need a break from the sun! We WILL definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a multi-generational space. There are many spaces to spread out or hang together. You really don't need to leave the property. There is pool and lake swimming, kayaks (life vests on site), game room, theater ( movies or stream apps with your own sign in. Great instructions on how to work the screen), and hot tub. They are board games although several are missing pieces. My family brought cards, painting canvases, and things to make jewelry. We didn't want to leave! The rooms are large and there are air mattresses on site also. Lots of beds! Kitchen has everything you need. There are 5 refrigerators! Bring as much food and drink as you can load in your car. Food Lion 11 minutes away in case you don't travel with food or need to pick something up. The recliners are SUPER relaxing! You may be un motivated to get up. Intercom system in the home and outside to corral everyone for food or an activity. I can go on and on.... just book it. You won't be disappointed!!

Amazing house and boat house! The lake was quiet with not too much traffic. Plenty of room for the 13 people we had. Only minor issue we had…the boat ramp was a little difficult to find. I would recommend giving turn by turn directions from the house. Thanks for a great stay!

Such a perfect getaway. Accommodates many people comfortably. Lots to do. Beautiful lake!! We had lots of fun with our 4 kids and parents.

We loved our time there, the home is stunning and had everything we needed and then some, lots of room for big families. The kids loved the kayaks. ( wish the swim spa had been in) but we had a blast and will definitely book again. Daniel was very responsive.

This has been one of my favorite air bnb’s! The host was very responsive to any questions we had & they had a detailed guide sent to us ahead of time which was super helpful. This home was great for accommodating our friends & kids for a 30th birthday celebration. We especially loved the outdoor space & ability to use the kayaks on the lake!

Daniel's lake house exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was nervous about coming to the lake due to recent news reports about the water, so I reached out to Daniel. He was very informative and helpful, which put my worries at ease.
The house has access to the private side of Lake Anna, meaning less water traffic—a real bonus since we enjoyed using the kayaks provided by the owners. Typically, I pack essentials for our travels, but I didn't need them here. This house is exceptionally well-stocked with everything you might need.
The backyard is where we spent most of our time. There's a small man-made beach that leads to the lake and plenty of trees for shade. I was also impressed by the lack of bugs inside the house, considering its lakefront location. The hosts were very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. We had kids ranging from 4 to 16 years old, and they all loved the place. There is so much to do; we didn't feel the need to venture into town for entertainment.

Beautiful, brand new, meticulously managed property. More than enough outdoor space and amenities for 6 kids and 5 adults to play for a week without ever getting bored. Stop looking and start booking this home for your vacation. It doesn’t get any better, especially if you want warm water in the mid-Atlantic nearly year-round.

This place and the host are amazing. It's well worth the price you pay. Our family had an amazing and relaxing vacation, and we hope to go back again and again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. You will not want to leave. It has all of the amenities you will need for a lake vacation. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards on the private beach area. The house is new, so very clean. Ton of space to be together or have you own space if wanted. Kids will love the basement area. Communication with the managers was great. They were very responsive. They will call you the day before check-in. I only wish we had more time to stay. The extra refrigerator was very helpful. This was my first time staying on the private side and I would definitely do it again. Very little boat traffic in this cove. The water was hotter than I had expected, knowing it was going to be hotter than the main lake. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This charming house with boathouse is beautifully furnished , maintained, and clean. The neighborhood is quiet with associated beach areas for recreation. Daniel was tops with communication all throughout our reservation process and stay. We will check availability next trip!

We had an amazing time! We have stayed at a number of Airbnb's and this one is at the top of the list! The lake house and grounds are even better than the pictures! There are many places for adults to converse and relax, and many places for kids to play. Our group ranged from 17 months to 70 years old and every single person had a great time! The house is extremely well appointed, with all the supplies one could possibly need. The dock with the Tiki bar is private and has an amazing view of Lake Anna. There is even a refrigerator in the Tiki bar! The shallow water around the dock is perfect for kids to swim in and the supplied kayaks and paddle boards made it easy to explore the lake. For rainy days or evenings there is a huge game room and an incredible theater room. The attention to detail, like an extremely nice gas Weber grill was much appreciated.
In addition, Edwin was indeed a Superhost! Everyone of our questions were answered quickly, even early in the morning.
