Everyone of my party of 20 kids and adults had a great time!

Very nice place. Felt very cozy for how big the place was. The location is amazing.

Wonderful house and wonderful host

This was the perfect gathering space for our large party- we had 4 families with lots of kids and babies. The proximity to the lake was amazing, the rooms plentiful and spacious, and the house was furnished and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was exceptionally stocked with all the cooking items and utensils we needed. The butler's pantry was especially nice for keeping our snacks and ingredients organized. We would have liked there to be extra linens and towels, plus a few extras like hand soap and extra toiletries in the bathrooms, but those were all very minor inconveniences. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake, kayaking with the provided kayaks and paddleboards, gathering around the fire, etc. We LOVED the ping-pong table and putting green, especially. It's an AMAZING stay if you have a lot of people and want to relax and unwind in peace and privacy. We will definitely be coming back!

Daniel was a great host and his place was wonderful for our family vacation. We always try to get to the lake and this was our favorite place to stay so far. The kayaks and beach were a wonderful extra detail.

Our kids loved it! They stayed very active with games and activities to do and indeed considered our stay a life of Luxury! They of course wish we permanently lived in a house like this beautiful, new lakehouse.
While most of the places we rent are a one-time deal, we definitely plan to come back to this location. It's got ample space, fun bunk rooms, TONS of games and activities, and a beautiful lake environment in the back yard for the kids to swim, kayak, play on the shore, etc. An awesome relaxing getaway location, and at a great value too!

We had a great weekend away with friends (11 people in total)! The place is huge and the layout inside was perfect for hosting dinners and game nights. If you're into kayaking, paddle boarding, fires, or just chilling on the beach, this place is a perfect choice 👌

Great house with amazing space! Daniel made it very easy to check in and out.

Daniel was by far the best host. The place was fantastic took us by surprise. 5 star is underrated it was more than that the host was very understanding, helpful very informative. This is definitely a place we would return to. It took us by surprise very private place, fantastic furniture. Cozy and felt right at home. Thank you so much.

First time visiting Lake Anna & will definitely be back soon! The house was perfect; my husband loved the dock; the house was very homey & helped relax on our vacation. The location of the house is in a very secluded wooded area, no traffic at all, which was amazing! They have a paddle board, kayaks (1 person & 2 persons), games, etc. to help enjoy your time there. Very easy & clear instructions on how to get to the house, checking in, checking out, etc. They even gave us an extra free night since there were 1 day in between us & the previous guests, leaving the house empty for a day!

This property is simply breathtaking!! The house is luxurious, clean, bright, well stocked, perfectly laid out for families or groups! We ended up having beautiful weather but if it had been bad the theater room and shuffle board where right there ready to save the day! The dock area is amazing! Plenty of room, options to have sun or shade, sandy beach for the little ones, paddle boards and kayaks! We come to the lake every spring with our 4 small kids and other members of extended family and this house has been our favorite by far! We have already rebooked for next year! The water being warmer on the private side was a huge plus since we come at the end of May!!
The owners were incredibly kind and the property manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to contact! Wonder wonderful experience!

Upon arrival, the property met every expectation and more. The boathouse offers relaxation, ability to watch your family kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, a fireplace table for cooler evenings and comfortable seating for cocktails. We all slept soundly in clean comfortable beds many of which had gorgeous views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need as we grilled/cooked everyday. We did need a cheese grater so purchased at the “convenient” located Food Lion and left at home for future guests. The screened porch was amazing to have breakfast coffee and dinners. 6 kids stayed downstairs so the layout was such that although there were 14 of us, it was not noisy or crowded ever. We enjoyed S’mores at the fire pit and Zach facilitated our pontoon which was brought to the property-so easy!!! He suggested an area to swim which was perfect. I would suggest staying 7 days-our stay was too short at 4 days. This is by far my favorite house/hosts in the US.

I had such an amazing time at this house! We stayed with a large group and I was impressed there is a bathroom for each bedroom which is really rare and hard to find. Even though we had a large group there was plenty of seating for everyone in the same area so we still felt like we were all together. Also plenty of space if you need to have alone time or quiet. The house is new, fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. I’d love to know who their interior designer is. The neighborhood is quiet with large lots allowing for peace and privacy as you relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Can’t say enough good about it. Would love to stay here again!

The home was stunning. Really nice amenities and each room had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking an even pantry basics, which I haven’t experienced at other places.
There is still some construction when we came but looks like it should be done soon out back and will be absolutely perfect for backyard entertaining. The only other thing is maybe more kitchen towels, we went through all of them pretty quickly.
Hope to come back soon when the weather is even warmer!

Designed perfect for renting. We had 7 adults 5 children of ages 2-10. The layout of the home was perfect for us. Each family had the ability to spread out and have “space”. The basement is alone is perfectly designed as a seperate livable space. Property is quietly situated between two wood lines making for a private feel. Owner, Nick, wonderful to work with and responsive along the way!

We loved this house and the owners were super nice trying to accommodate our needs. It was raining but it was only a detail. The house is really complete and they have several games. We have had a great time there. I hope we can find a spot to come back in the summer.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful and has lots of space and really comfy beds, with lots of bathrooms. The furniture and extras in the home are nice and thoughtful and it’s all new. We were a big group and we all fit and didn’t feel overcrowded at all. Plenty of space to come together and enjoy each other but also lots of space to have alone time if needed. :) The lake is nice for both kayaking and swimming and the water is a nice temperature. As someone who uses Airbnb a lot, this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! I’m already planning to book again for a family reunion next year!

Great place to do a small retreat. Tons of amenities. Only issue was that previous renters ran out of propane and left the grill a mess. Other than that, great place to host our retreat.
