Beautiful property from top to bottom and well apportioned with anything you might need... from old bay seasoning to beach towels and even Firestarter sticks. We'll be back soon!

Daniel communicated clearly and was vested in our family having a lovely stay at his home. Being right in lake Anna was lovely as well. The house had plenty of children’s toys for inside & outside play. Overall lake Anna area is a slower pace of live but the home made for a lovely stay!

We absolutely LOVED this home! From the luxurious, spacious home with all of its furnishings & amenities (including incredibly comfortable beds!) to the breath-takingly beautiful area this home is in - we can't say enough about how much we loved this place. Our youth group loved every moment they got to spend on the lake - they could not get enough! The canoe's & paddle boards that are provided were such a hit! We also loved the huge hot tub that could fit everyone comfortably. If we are ever in the area again, we would absolutely choose this place to stay again in a heartbeat. It is hands down the best rental we have ever stayed in! Thank you so much for making such a treasure available for group & families. We even loved the fact that we had a few fireflies show up on the property as we visited around the fire by the lake! This home & the memories we created together, far exceeded our expectations. Just so many "bucket-list" type experiences for our group this week! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful week end stay at this beautiful Lake front home on the private side of Lake Anna. I brought most of our food prepared but we used the kitchen alot. Layout of the house was very accommodating with beautiful views of the gorgeous lake and sunsets! Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The living room could use additional sofa or chairs. We were able to get in the lakewater despite the fact that it was in the 60's most of the time. We brought our boat, put it in at boat launch and drove it short distance to the house. The boat house was great...kids could run over the dock and easily get in and out of our boat. We also used the house kayaks and paddle board. Could easily get in touch with the host. She was flexible with the times to arrive and depart since it was early in the season. Wonderful house and wonderful lake birthday week end for out family.

My husband and I really enjoyed the views and amenities given by this property. It was a good place with shallow water for kids to fish safely. The Air Hockey table was a winner for all ages. Nick, the host was always cheerful and helpful. I really do recommend spending a few days here to relax with friends and family.

First off the Property was amazing and is perfect to unwind and relax with the family. Equally as amazing was our host, who answered every single question pronto, even very late at night, and went out of his way to verify info and ask the owners questions for us. He was by far the best host we've experienced. He gave local recommendations on every subject, even ones we didn't think of or plan for. This made our stay even better because it added to our fun! He was very understanding and helpful with every topic, all of which was just us being newbies to the area and to Air BNB. We will definitely be reserving a home with him in the future at Lake Anna, he has over ten! The property was perfect! It had the best tone/atmosphere to relax and enjoy Lake Anna. It had all the amenities we wanted/needed. We walked in and felt at home and the relaxation began. The house is set up very nicely and the view over the lake is perfect! We honestly didn't want to leave. The boat house was amazing!

We enjoyed a special birthday at this house pre-season- everything as expected with prompt communication and accommodation of our needs. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. A house was being built nearby but noise was not bad. Plenty of room to accommodate a large family, and lots of toys for water fun. I would recommend to others and hopefully return again.

The pictures do not give this home justice...We loved the location and the multiple windows almost brought the beautiful outside view inside even on a rainy day. There were enough beds and space for 10 adults and 2 children. 5 Stars for sure!

I held a fun gathering of old friends here at this beautiful house on Lake Anna. All of us can only use superlatives to describe our lodging. It's so spacious and light that one cannot help but bask in the beauty of its location. We made great use of the large and well appointed kitchen, enjoyed the large and tastefully decorated gathering spaces, had fun in the game room and movie theater, and the comfort of our bedrooms made us feel right at home. The hot tub, beach, fire pit, and lake just push everything over the top in terms of awesomeness. I think there cannot be more responsive, communicative, and nice hosts than Daniel and Zack. The guide they provided to local resources and restaurants was a fantastic bonus. We had great drinks and food at nearby El Gran Patron and Vito's. If we had any regret at all, it's only that we couldn't have extended our stay due to a necessary return to reality. I showed pictures to my family and hope another trip to this house is in my future!

Daniel and Zachary were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive and helpful as the 14 of us were new to Lake Anna. We had an event close to check in time and they were super generous and allowed us in early!
The house is pristine, new, spacious and beautifully decorated. We thought there was an A/C issue and within minutes of messaging Zachary was at the door to check things out! The description is exactly how they described! We all wished we had more time to stay to enjoy more of the amenities around and within the house. We’ve already talked about coming back again and we will definitely check on this listing!

House is great. Love the boathouse. Had a lot of fun fishing, boating and Kayaking.

Very nice home on the lake. Great for groups to spend time and take advantage of the location. Would stay there again!
