Our stay here was AMAZING! My family(which is huge) had plenty of room to stay comfortably and there was plenty to do. The generosity of the host in the fully stocked kitchen and the huge variety of water toys was a huge bonus! Honestly, nothing was lacking. Daniel was responsive and helpful and takes great care of the property. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The private beach was beautiful. The space was so clean and comfortable. It’s a great neighborhood with a decent amount of local things to do but you almost don’t need that because there’s so much to do at the house itself!

We had a very memorable and enjoyable stay at the lake house! Highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially large groups. The house is beautiful and situated in a quiet neighborhood. It's situated in a smaller cove of Lake Anna which was so nice for kayaking, swimming, and enjoying the water. The home is spacious, beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of indoor and outdoor activities. The kitchen is fully stocked, and there are two large dining spaces in addition to the outdoor patio. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away if needed and there a few places to eat in town. The host is very responsive and kind. Check-in was easy. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We hope to come back again!

We loved the boats and enjoyed the lake every day even in early April. House layout was excellent for having your own space but still accommodating when we were all in the same room together.

We had a group working at a trade show in Doswell. This was a great place to unwind and visit with our teammates.

The home was great and exactly what we were looking for to host our event! The theater room really delivered an unforgettable experience. Would love to come back during warmer months to enjoy the pool.

This place is EXACTLY as listed and more. It sits perfectly on the lake and the views from multiple rooms is to LIVE for. The hosts Daniel and Zach are very responsive, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The few hiccups we had were rectified IMMEDIATELY with no hassle. The handyman Jay was incredible and gave us great recommendations for hiking and history about Lake. Anna. We canoed, hiked, watched the sunrise, rested and settled in to the PEACE that resides in this Airbnb. The beds were comfortable so much so I’m purchasing one for my home. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend to others considering. You won’t be disappointed. Reserve your stay today. So glad we did. Enjoy!

My family and friends had a quality time. Enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. Feel like peace and well rested. Definitely I will going back to have an another's memories at this place.

Great location, secluded, lake access was very nice. Had a great time and owners were very helpful whenever problems arose. They were very active in helping us if we needed it.

Fantastic host! Very accommodating and alway responsive. And the place was beautifulllllll. Huge place. Soooo much to do. Will definitely have to come back again!

This properly speaks for itself. We went during the off season and the privacy was unmatched. We did have a little trouble getting inside, but the promptness from Daniel and Zachary made it smooth. Once inside the place was pristine. Beds were comfortable, and living room couches were relaxing. Kitchen had all amenities mentioned and needed for an easy stay. Any questions, a response was given within 10 minutes and they both checked in throughout our stay. We especially liked each bedroom had their own tv and bathroom with towels provided.
We rode the kayaks, built the fire with wood the house provided, and enjoyed the sunset from the new chairs. The grill was used and worked fine.
We would definitely stay here again and it can hold 3-5 families comfortably just for the location and for the hosts.

I rented this beautiful house for my wife’s birthday to celebrate with a few of our friends. Everything was as advertised and the place was beautiful. The views were amazing and our friends enjoyed themselves immensely. Nicholas was a fantastic host and communicated with us the entire time to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a five star experience for sure.

Daniel was a terrific host. He worked with our group and I am grateful to him. I addressed some minor things and he was very responsive.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and had so much space for everyone in our family! There were ample towels ( which is always a plus) and linens, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable and cozy with down duvets. The lower level was perfect for our teenagers and kept them having fun when we weren’t outside.
The outside space was incredible! The kayaks were fun for everyone! And we enjoyed a fire outside on our last night.
Daniel was a great host and was always quick to answer any questions I had.

Daniel’s place was a 10/10. The photos do it no justice. The lake and open windows were a dream to wake up to every morning. The space was spotless, tons of available water activities, the theater room was a hit. And the Response time was out of this world. Would high recommend.

We will 100% be staying here again! Not only was the place the best house I’ve ever rented the host was phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Blue Heron. The house felt like home with the amount of amenities and everything you could ever need as a family with or without children! Daniel himself was so responsive when I had a few questions and went above and beyond to help. The lake front with all the canoes, toys, and life jackets for every size was one of our favorite parts. As well as the games and puzzles for our rainy day inside. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! Loved the layout for multiple families to stay at once SUPER comfortably. Can’t wait to come back!!!
