My family and I had a great time here! The house is lovely and we will definitely be returning! The movie room was a hit and so were the kayaks and view of the lake! Highly recommend for a family trip!

House was brand new and had everything we needed and more. Lots of entertainment for all ages to enjoy. Everything was perfect! Daniel was also a great host. We will definitely be back!

My coworkers and I had an amazing short vacation for Easter at Daniel's place. Daniel and Zach are wonderful hostes, quick responding, very helpful with all the informations that we need about restaurants and places to go around the area. The house is super nice and clean, very quiet neighborhood. We definitely come back soon. Highly recommend 👌

Daniel’s “A World Away” home on Lake Anna was the perfect home for our family celebration. The home was spotless and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. There were plenty of recreational opportunities for our children to keep them entertained and the boys loved being able to go out on the lake in the row boat. One of our grandsons caught a fish! The theatre room was a hit for everyone. Daniel is a great host. He was in contact several times throughout our stay to see if all of our needs were being met and was very quick to respond when we had a question. 5 ⭐️ + to Daniel and his team for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

This house was amazing, we really love to come back again! Daniel was always responding our questions and so helpful and clear with the house instructions.

Silver Beach Cove was absolutely stunning and beautiful! Everything looked even better than the pictures and the entire house was extremely clean. The space was more than enough for our group which consisted of four families with kids. We enjoyed the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and had an easy time cooking all our meals at the home. The living room and spacious couch was perfect for movie nights and many hours were spent relaxing there and looking out at the serene backyard and lake. The basement was impressive and entertaining for both adults and kids - everyone had something they could do! We all enjoyed the outdoor space - the large grass field, the kayaks, the sand, and of course the lake. We can't wait to come back in the future!! Daniel, thanks for the prompt and friendly communication throughout our stay and being so accommodating!

This place is truly special and even nicer in person. Our family had the best time and Daniel was extremely responsive with all our requests. Kitchen was large enough that we never felt cramped even with multiple people cooking/helping at a time. Check-out was very reasonable and our only difficulty was leaving. We had great nights in the theater room and the nice house and fun amenities made our stay a great retreat even when we had some rain. Hoping we will get to return soon.

We could not have asked for a better host, home, or location for our spring break trip. Daniel was super responsive and helpful and the house was stocked with everything we could need - from oil, spices, and tons of coffee pods in the pantry to a high chair, pack n play, and lots of books and toys for the littles to play with.
The house also offers a dozen different life vests so our group of 8 could go out on the water in kayaks feeling safe and secure the whole time. The house has a private beach where our kids could play and a small fire pit so we could roast s'mores at night. Even though we went in late March and the temps were in the 50s, the water was warm enough to play in. The house is a 20 minute ride from Lake Anna State Park so we were also able to go on some family hikes and there are wineries and breweries close by as well.
If you are looking for a quiet escape from your fast paced life, stay at Blue Heron Hideaway! You won't regret it.

This place was AMAZING!! Super spacious, very clean, and awesome amenities. Daniel and Zachary were super responsive and accommodating. Would 1000% recommend and look forward to visiting this property again!

This house and host was amazing, we were thrilled when we came across this property, me and my whole group were stunned while our first time here , the host was super responsive and very helpful, I’ve never stayed at a lake house but this experience alone had my group wanting to re book soon , I highly recommend Daniel , and his property

Excellent newer home on the private side of lake anna. lots of bedrooms, and great amenities. Great people to deal with as well, seem like the type of people that would fix anything if it were wrong with the stay if a problem came up. We had zero issues, and very smooth transaction.

My linesisters and I had a fabulous and relaxing time in this mansion on the lake. it was clean and had big bedrooms.

Beautiful home and tons of games for both kids and adults. We will be back!
