This is a perfect place to take family and friends on Lake Anna. The house has every amenity you could need and a lot of open space. They had a travel crib, high chair, and lots of baby gear. It's right on the lake with a little beach that's perfect for adult soaking or kid swimming. Daniel was very responsive. Would highly recommend this house and hope to return!

We were unaware how warm the water on the “warm” side of the lake would be (felt like bath water!) especially consider the current heat wave while we were there, but still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful on the private side and still close enough to drive to restaurants and grocery store.

Very nice place to stay. The home has everything our family needed the only time we had to leave was to do some trail running and light mountain biking at lake Anna state park which was fairly close. We will be back!

We had 10 adults and 2 kids stay at this home and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was very quick with his communication. The lake was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cooking Utensils, spices, etc.
We brought our boat, and it was easy to dock at the house and launch it at a nearby spot. Thank you!

Daniel was an outstanding host for my team during the third week of June! Our team of 12 spent our days using the large gathering space to have our collaboration sessions and all the rooms to take separate calls as needed. Daniel was very helpful to our needs and got us in and out with little to do from our end! I would highly recommend this location and other locations in the area hosted by Daniel if you have a larger group, it’s a great place to get away from it all. Can’t wait to return!

The home was absolutely amazing and location was perfect!

Had such a wonderful time here spending a quiet Fathers Day weekend with my husband & four children.
The house was perfection with so much to do from board games & laser tag, to scary stories around the campfire & a giant yard for hide & seek.
And the dock, just wow. Jump as far and deep as you like but you won’t reach the bottom & the walk-in area was perfect for more tentative swimmers. My daughters kayaked for hours at a time. My son bought night-crawlers at the country store up the road & every time a worm touched the water there was a bluegill immediately wiggling on the line. Such a delight.
We were even granted the option to stay an additional day for free & if it hadn’t been for work, would have gladly stayed the extra 24 hours (or forever😂)
This location was just everything we hoped for & more… we can’t wait to come back someday!

Nick was very accommodating and engaged from the booking process through our stay. What ever we needed he provided it. The house was fully equipped and comfortable. We will be booking a stay next year.

This waterfront property at Lake Anna State Park was stunning. I highly recommend staying here to make the most of your visit. Daniel was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house is stocked with a variety of toys and activities that kept our children entertained. We're looking forward to returning next time!

We rented this house to take our 17 year old son and his friends for a lake getaway to celebrate the end of the school year. It was a fantastic trip for them. The house had every amenity possible both inside and at at the lake. The hosts, Daniel and Zach, were incredibly responsive, nice, and helpful. The location of the house was perfect. Close to the Food Lion and restaurants and of course lakefront! There was nothing we needed at all and even if we did, I know help was just a phone call away. It was such a hit, that we're already planning to rent this house again! Highly recommend this home for your lake getaway.

Had a blast this weekend. The house is located at a beautiful location, easy to find. Check in and check out was smooth. There are a lot of space and a lot of activities to do. The host is easy to communicate and is proactive in ensuring that everything is all set and ready to go.

Complete 5 star experience. We rent vacation spots several times a year from different hosts at different location and there is always something that just doesn't meet expectations but with this host and this location..... from the moment we entered the home to the moment we checked out, it was perfect..... for me and my family. I am as critical as they come with rentals and hosts and this is an easy 5 star recommendation. On the spot communication from the host throughout the entire stay....rental exactly as described..... clean..... and well equipped. Show up, bring food, sit back, relax, enjoy. As usual, the house was perfect! We love the location and the welcoming feel of the house. Kevin the owner always responds quickly to any questions or issues! This was our 2nd year here and we can't wait to get back next year! Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! The house was a great size with lots of activities for the kids to do. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful lakeside retreat. The house was fantastic and open and rooms were well sized and had super soft bed linens and living rooms had comfortable furniture. We were pleased to find everything we needed there from firewood to a pantry filled with spare paper towels, toilet paper, etc..
Lots to do inside and out. The dock was where we spent most of our time and we loved that you could choose from sun to shade and the fans came in helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and took advantage of renting their pontoon boat and taking the family tubing.
The property is well laid out and we loved all the amenities from the fire pit to the kayaks and paddle boards to the amazing movie room.
Any question we had, the owner was very attentive too almost immediately. We had an issue with the hot tub and someone was there to fix it within an hour.
This house is open and comfortable and the property felt very private. Will be looking forward to a return visit

We were celebrating a large bachelorette, and we could not have chosen a better property! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive from the very beginning. The house is STUNNING and has all of the amenities you could ever want. We would really love to come back :)

Had a great weekend stay. The house was super clean, well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Tons of space for our group. The pool was fantastic and we even spent several hours kayaking, which our kids loved. We definitely would come back!
