We had a wonderful stay with only one minor hiccup that was very quickly responded to and addressed. We will definitely book this location again!

This house is absolutely just as beautiful as the pictures. So clean, fully stocked, tons of space for everyone. A bath in every room was awesome.

The location on the lake is private. You really feel like you’re the only ones there. Tons of kayaks and vests and things to do are provided.

Nick was the best host I’ve ever had thru VRBO. Super quick on responses, both pre and during stay, and provided tons of local info like restaurant recommendations and grocery stores.

We loved our week at Lake Anna and next time we come back, we’ll be staying at Hidden Cove again for sure!

Daniel and Zach were incredible hosts! They were extremely responsive and offered great recommendations to the area since our group hadn't been to Lake Anna before. Both the house and boat house/dock were exactly as described and in brand new condition. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

We had a great week at Hidden Cove. The house was new, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our family with two kids and three grandparents. Our 3-year-old and 7-year-old played everyday on the beach, we swam at the community pool most days, and we kayaked as much as we could. The kids also loved the air hockey table, game closet, and playground nearby. We cooked dinner at the house most nights and made s’mores on the campfire outside. It was idyllic. The state park also has fun activities and we took a nice guided pontoon boat ride. We would definitely return to this house!

Amazing home and phenomenal experience. Our family enjoyed everything the house had to offer. I highly recommend this place for a family getaway with or without kids. Daniel was a great host and very accommodating.

The home is gorgeous—very impressive size and space for a large group. The rooms are spacious, with enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Our group had three teenagers - and the accommodations weren't as ideal for them. One room has two bunk beds, which only works if you have 4 same-sex teenagers or individuals. The place was very clean, however, the cleaning company missed a few drawers with clothes from previous guests in the master room. The toaster had chewing gum in it, and there were crumbs in drawers and the oven...but overall the home was tidy. I'm sure it's a difficult task to turnover a house that large in 24 hours' time. The owner was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We would definitely book this location again.

We had the most magical stay here at this home on Lake Anna. The home was so beyond perfect. Met our expectations plus! Also, the host Daniel and Zachary the manager were so kind and always quick to respond and help with any questions. He outdoor space and amenities were dreamy! Our children splashed and played on the lake from morning til night. The beach area is a major plus for small children. Every little convenience needed for a 4 night stay, the house was equipped with. The beds were comfy. Bathrooms pristine. Even toys and games for the kids! Nothing was left out! We can’t wait to come back again!

I’ve never stayed at a rental with as many items available for use! Kitchen gear for babies and adults. SO many fun lake items and toys available. They even had corn on the cob holders!

Incredible house, best dock space I’ve ever had at a home. Home seemed brand new and had everything we could have asked for. Will stay again

Very nice, new home located on a beautiful waterfront lot. Host was responsive and accommodating, even helping to organize rounds of golf at a nearby private club. Highly recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time at Blue Heron Hideaway! The house is beautiful and spacious — great for families with kids. The private beach was so convenient! Daniel was a great host, he was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We have so many great memories and definitely want to return!

This is a beautiful home located on a great spot on the private side of the lake. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the dock. We had a wonderful family vacation!
Some suggestions would be more chairs at the dock area, blinds or some way to close windows in master bedroom and a few more plates, and kitchen items.

Couldn't have asked for a better first experience at Lake Anna. The house was well stocked with essentials, which made packing and settling in a breeze. The house was also well stocked with entertainment, games, and water sports/ toys. We highly recommend Daniel to host your next visit to Lake Anna.

This home is prettier than the pictures and absolutely amazing. The dock/boat house is stunning. Literally nothing bad I can say about this place, other than my husband would have liked a ceiling fan on the screened-in porch :). Hosts were wonderful and always responsive. Loved our stay! Highly, highly recommend.

Our family group of all ages spent the week in this beautiful home that was furnished with everything we needed including spacious dining and living rooms, well stocked kitchens, kayaks, inflatables, and board games. We lacked nothing and groceries and restaurants are within a short drive.

Everything about the house was great except the master bath windows could use blinds/curtains, I’m positive someone got a show. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a good array of spices too. Plenty of linens and towels for both bath and lake. One thing I wish I knew is that the lake temperature was at least 90°, probably more like 95°. The water was not refreshing as it was about 90° outside. I will definitely visit this house again, maybe just April/May or Sept/Oct.
