Awesome home.

Incredibly beautiful home in a fantastic location. The house provides scenic views from all rooms, in a relaxing and tranquil space. Well equipped with everything you need. The owners were very communicative, helpful and thoughtful.

We are looking forward to returning in the future!

We enjoyed a family vacation this past week at Kevin's house. What a beautiful spot! Had everything we were looking for. All bedrooms were a very good size and comfortably fit all 9 adults with a room to spare! The house is spacious and the dock and boathouse was great! We spent most of our time in the water. The cove is very quiet and the water was about 80 degrees. Very comfortable for swimming and kayaking. Kevin was a very responsive host and we look forward to coming back some time soon.

Such a beautiful house in a great location. There is something to do for all ages. Enough rooms to have the entire family. My trip was centered around local golf courses but you could spend the entire time in the house or by the beach and have something to do for day! I would come back again for sure.

The best way to summarize our vacation. We left the property once to get ice cream. What a fantastic property all amenities you could ask for. We will be back next summer

We had a family vacation here for 17 people. The house is very nice and has lots of room. Zack is very accommodating. When I rented the house it stated it slept 18 but when we arrived it didn't. Zack went out an bought us a blowup bed which was great. I would highly recommend renting this house an any that they have available. It was truly a wonderful vacation.

We enjoyed the house, each family had their own floor. Well furnished with paper products and kitchen spices. The host was very receptive to our needs or questions. The boat house was well equipped with water floats etc.

Our vacation was exactly what we wanted. We cooked every night except for one during the week. We got up every morning. Sat in the screened in porch and had coffee. Then we did a nice walk around the neighborhood and then the rest of our day was spent relaxing down on the dock, swimming and doing water sports. Water temp was a little too warm to feel refreshing so we used it as a spa😊. The house is brand new and is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for gatherings. Plenty of spacious bedrooms bathrooms, and most of everything you need. Just pack your food and if you forget some thing, the food line is nearby. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Neighbors on both sides were very friendly. We did tone down our evenings so as to not disturb them. We would highly recommend this spot to relax, read a good book and catch up with friends.

This was a well kept property with lots of water toys to keep everyone busy. The recreation room and game closet were great! The kids and adults had a blast! All questions were promptly responded to. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

This home is virtually brand new and everything about it was immaculate -- open living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for a large group with room for 12 at the dining table, plus an additional screened porch and deck for eating, using our laptops with the excellent WIFI, or quietly reading. The bedrooms were all comfortable and nicely decorated and the 4 bathrooms very handy. The lake surprised us -- water temperature was some 80 degrees, and felt like a relaxing, warm bath. The kids loved all the noodles, floats, kayaks, and paddle boards (plus the sand box for the little ones), and there were plenty of life vests of all sizes for everyone. Most of our time was spent in the water or floating on it, although we also enjoyed the board games, fussball, shuffleboard, and corn hole. The ladies in our group walked nearly 3 miles each day along the community roads and found friendly neighbors who pointed out the blackberries for us. Although we stayed close to home most of the time, we enjoyed the mini golf and ice cream spot with arcade that the owner recommended. All in all, a great vacation with everything we could ask for.

This house has all you need! We loved all the outdoor spaces. Having a beach approach to the lake for our young kids was so convenient. The water by the house was very shallow so allowed for them to swim and play easily. The house comes with so many options for things to do on the water too: multiple kayaks and stand up paddle boards, paddle boat, floats, life jackets etc. The upper and lower deck are great for hanging and the covered porch was a nice place to spend time any time of day. We utilized the firepit as well which was nicely set up with a lake view had plenty of seating.
Inside the rooms are large, clean and each has their own bathroom which was nice for our multigenerational family stay. The kitchen is so nicely updated and had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying meals, including a large dining table that fit all of us. And the best part is that Nick is so accommodating and helpful, answering questions so quickly.
We didn’t know much about the private side of the lake but we did learn that the water is a bit warmer. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and have it delivered and it was easy to dock at the house. Delivery and pick up of the boat was totally unorganized, but that was no fault of this house, just the rental company’s total ineptitude at communication. We used MidAtlantic.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this house to any family looking for a fun and relaxing lake vacation!

Great place and great hosts! We had an amazing time!

This is a top notch property. Peaceful, spacious, beautiful yet accessible. Great, spacious living areas to talk, sing and dance with your group. INCREDIBLE dock, extremely inviting with extra space for covered and open deck, inviting one to sun and dip in the lake. Also second floor of the dock fantastic for hanging out with a grill and roofed as well as open areas. Property has boats and jet skis that they rent to tenants so be sure to talk to the host..nothing like being able to take boat or jet ski out whenever you want for as long as you want. Not so obvious but this is the private side of the Lake so very quiet and tranquil. Water is surprisingly (and wonderfully) warm great for swimming or jet skiing/water sports often and long. Host was wonderful, helpful and supportive. Hard to find a stay in AirBNB these days that so trouble free and no negative surprises as i did with his property. If you like lake life or have never tried it, please don't miss this opportunity.

The house was wonderful ! It was very well stocked with everything that was needed.
There was plenty to do down at the lake. Canoes , Paddle board , floating dock.
Our 3 grand children had plenty to do.

Everyone enjoyed the lake: sand beach, dock, shore (fishing), kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, view.

It is a little tricky to find the Airbnb. You will have to take a LEFT on Fairview all the way down to the skinny driveway and you’ll find the home. Otherwise, my family and I had an excellent time. I want to seriously commend and Zach. I am an extremely needy Airbnb guest, and he literally catered to my every need. He even cut us a discount for the boat rental with DV rentals.
The Airbnb was very large and comfortably slept 16 people. My family was outside the majority of the time and the beautiful backyard where we had access to a beach and dock to jump into the lake. It was very clean, and I felt like they provided us with more than enough linens for the stay.
There were a few hiccups along the way, in terms of Maintenance, but Zack sure did fix every issue!

The house was big and roomy and had anything you needed inside and out. Floating and playing in the lake, and kayaking and fishing. A good time by all. And the weather was perfect! Beautiful home!
