We had a wonderful weekend at this Lake Anna property! The house was gorgeous and had lots of great space for our larger group. They had everything you could possibly need and then some in terms of kitchen utensils, toys, and linens. When we couldn’t find extra trash bags Daniel’s team was very responsive and got us what was needed. Only downside to the property was the early check out (10am) + longer list of check out instructions. I understand the necessity during the busy summer season but for a fall weekend it rushed our last morning.

We had a great stay! The house was well stocked and had lots of amenities in a tranquil setting! Would highly recommend.

Our group enjoyed our time at Terry’s Run. The place is gorgeous and offers plenty of opportunities to unwind. We had fun spending group time at the pier, even though we didn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen had the right set of appliances and space to make cooking fun and participative. The living space was the right size for group activities. Overall, a great retreat for our group.

Great location, amenities, and a big enough stay for our large group! Very comfortable and we loved the kayaks and paddle boards that were available for use.

Awesome house to hang with family and friends on Lake Anna. Plenty of stuff to do both at the house and in town (even during the offseason!)

Outstanding property! Plenty of room for our men's group of 11 mature men. Everything was 1st class from kitchen utensils, furniture, massive decks, fire pit area, and big screen TV with all of the channels was especially appreciated during football season!

Our group enjoyed this place so much! The place was very spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the lake - swimming, kayaking, and also the beautiful view there!

This home was amazing!!! I spent my 29th birthday here and wouldnt have had it any other way. The view is stunning and the house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Would 100% recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Ridge Retreat! Everything we needed was in the house, and we felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. We loved using the watercraft provided at the dock and just enjoying the serenity of the property. Although there are houses close by, Ridge Retreat feels like its own private slice of the world. It was perfect for our women's getaway. Daniel was great at communicating, and the check-in/out instructions were straight forward. We will definitely recommend this stay to others.

Incredibly beautiful space that we will be sure to visit again! For sure one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have visited with a unique interior that immediately makes you feel at home.

My family had a great stay! The location was lovely with a great view. I will say the pictures on the listing were not the most accurate and didn’t meet what we were expecting. A main reason why we chose this place over a couple other ones was in the pictures there looked like there was a kid play area with lots of toys. We traveled with our two-year-old who is a very busy body with lots of energy, so a playroom was a must to keep him entertained. There was only a closet with unusable toys in it. Other than that there also wasn’t any usable board games anywhere in the house. I will say Daniel was very attentive and did send over a bunch of board games for our use the rest of our stay which was so nice! Over all we really did enjoy our little getaway here and would recommend!

This was our 2nd time renting one of Daniel's properties in Lake Anna. Per the usual, this house is also impeccable! The view is spectacular!
We were all extremely comfortable in the home - its absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed the grill and fire fit in the evening. This property has everything you need and we are booking again for next year! Thank you, Daniel for everything- we will be back!

Daniel was an amazing host. I have never had anyone on airbnb respond as quickly as he did. What an amazing experience we had at this lake house. It was truly beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we ever looked for. It made our big family of 14 enjoy each space and feel like we were at home and not miss anything. Thank you Daniel and team for truly making our experience unforgettable.

we had a wonderful stay here! Our family had a bunch to pick from everyday. the area was sp beautiful and peaceful. we loved waking up to the sunset on the lake, swimming in the heated pool, and the game room! The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and the neighbors are extremely friendly! The house is spacious and adequately equipped. We enjoyed the dock, fire pit and grill. The lifejackets were appreciated so we didn’t have to travel with any.

Five Starts - hands down!
It was eight of us. Four couples in the 65+ range. We cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had a wonderful, wonderful time. I quote here from a message my wife sent to our group after the vacation:
" The place was ideal for the get together as the beauty of nature and comfort went hand in hand. On top of that, the company of sincere friends made the experience memorable and a special one. The sight of sun pouring gold on the lake and the small ripples carrying it to the shore while making it shimmer and dance along the way will for ever be etched in my mind ..."
If you like peace and quiet and natural beauty, this is the place. The sunrises and the sunsets were breathtaking. The house is very well kept and clean. Essentials were in the kitchen and bathrooms. This was our first AirBnB experience. Our host Daniel made it easy. He was very helpful and prompt during the whole process. Thank you, Daniel.

Home was immaculate , everything was pristine and accessible. The outdoor area was relaxing and very therapeutic. We had the pleasure of admiring the wildlife while enjoying our morning coffee. A Doe was within walking distance…one can’t get closer to nature than that. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be our list for future getaways.
