Beautiful home and setting. Great for a large group!

For our group, Terry’s Run Getaway layout was perfect. A nice big common area for meals and activities, as well as secluded areas to retreat to for some quiet personal time. The games and water sports equipment available resulted in creating fond memories of our family’s stay on Lake Anna.

We are a large family with ages 3 to 79 and we were very comfortable as the property is quite spacious. There were lots of little extras too. Loved all the swim toys! Just at little heads up - the lake is very hot, like a hot tub so we just went in the water early morning and late afternoon! Thank you for a great stay!

We couldn’t love S’mores Lake Anna more! It was the perfect place for our friends to enjoy a weekend on the lake and make lasting memories. The house was spacious, had everything you could possibly need, and the location perfect. The host made every step of the process easy and informative, we hope to be back again soon!

This property is stunning. The home is just that…a home where our family was able to enjoy great times together. The kitchen, dining and living areas are very spacious and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for our family on three levels. The trex decks and the dock are in great shape with plenty of seating, floats galore, and kayaks & Paddle boards in good shape. The property is well maintained and the lake, although warm, looks clean and inviting. The location is great…not too busy. The views from everywhere on the property are amazing!

My family and I had a great time at the house. The house was in a great location on the lake, and everything was nice and clean and new. Also had a great time with the games, and ping pong and basketball in the basement. We also caught several fish from the dock and enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Last but not least, Daniel was very responsive and friendly. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great place, right on the shore of Lake Anna. Private side of the lake, so quite peacefull. The house was super clean and well stocked. There were great 'toys', like kayaks, paddleboards, a huge foam mat for the water. Inside had small arcade games, pool table etc. Great place for an extended family trip. Food Lion just 7 minutes away made it super convenient.

This vacation was great! It was really fun and it was interesting to see all the art around the whole house. The art encapsulated the home so much that it felt like we were staying inside of a fairytale book. The activities to do inside were endless, leading to a great experience rain or shine. Outside, the backyard is filled with beautiful sights and relaxing seats, which was by far the kids’ favorite part. The fenced-in area was complete with a garden, pond, was filled with flowers, and even a swing. The lake area was even better with a splash pad, floating dock, a canoe, a kayak, and a paddleboard, which made outdoor days very enjoyable. Every activity was amazing to experience, and are definitely memories that’ll last. In conclusion, the memories are definitely worth the money, time, and trip.

What a great place for our families week vacation. We usually go to the beach, but found Daniel’s that would accommodate all of us. So we changed it up this year. It was great. The expansive windows and decks that overlook the lake are just amazing. Being able to sit and watch the family play on the water and have everything you need was so much fun. The kitchen and rooms have everything you need. The “extras” of game tables, pool table, etc add to the endless fun. Daniel communicates quickly and proactively about your stay which is so helpful. When we make our list of options for next year’s family trip I’m sure this will be near the top. Thanks for a great week on the lake!

Clean, great place to stay. Had plenty of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Tons of towels and lots of water play items such as floaties and lifevest

Reuniting of family and kids for the week.

Slumber party was wonderful, Daniel was very responsive to questions and requests both before we arrived and while we were visiting.
We did not realize how warm the water would be (I guess we didnt realize how warm lake water normally is in VA so adding 14 degrees made it like a hot tub-meat thermometer measured 96.8 one day) so getting the referral for a boat rental from Daniel made our week.

We had a wonderful time at Peaceful Haven. The location was perfect with easy access to main part of Lake and marina.
The home is very nice, clean and spacious. Well layed out for a large group. Although there is only 1 ensuite, other bedrooms/bathrooms are conveniently located next to each other.

Property offered many activities to keep the kids entertained when we weren't on the lake like....volleyball, cornhole, pool table, ping pong, football and Wii.
This is a beautiful property we completely enjoyed our stay. we would not hesitate to book again. Daniel was very responsive to all of our messages and handled anything that arose. Much appreciated!🙌🏻

What an amazing place!! Beautiful, spotless, and great amenities. Wonderful quiet spot went with a large group aged 8 to 75 and everyone had a blast. Super responsive for any questions!! Stop considering and just book this house. We are already planning a return trip!

We had an amazing time on the lake. Our family loved the kayaks, paddle boards and the pontoon boat. The kids loved the theater and game rooms! I highly recommend this house!
