The house was perfect for our family. Very well kept & clean. Everything that was explained to me by Daniel was exactly as stated. Really enjoyed the neighborhood and all of the amenities. Great property for family reunions! Highly recommend!

Daniel was very communicative and responded quickly whenever we had questions. He even gave us a late checkout in the morning when we were running behind. Such an amazing experience!

S’more Lake Anna was the perfect place for our reunion. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of size and amenities. We appreciated the two fridges and well-stocked kitchen. The dock was clean and peaceful and there were plenty of kayaks/paddle boards/rafts for our group of 11 to share.
Easy check in/out instructions, very responsive hosts - we hope to come back soon.

The place was great and worked well for a couple families together! Very kid-friendly, especially the play room, theater room, bunk beds, and sandy beach. Adults loved the screened in porch for sunset cocktails!

We can’t say enough good things about our time here! For starters, the home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It looks exactly like the photos. The private dock and beach area were a huge hit! The community pool was also a great bonus. Daniel and the team were extremely accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. It felt like our home away from home and made for a great family vacation. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to come back!

Wow! We were so impressed with how beautiful the house was. Great entertaining spaces on each floor. Fit 16 of us comfortably in and out. Loved the view and all the amenities. We had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful retreat for my family. The peace and tranquility this home offers was beyond my expectations. We enjoyed the space, comfort, and views. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The place was great, my only issue was it could have been a little cleaner. But outside of that, it was a great stay and I would definitely go again.

We had a great trip for our first time at Lake Anna.
The house was amazing. Very spacious. Has everything you need. Everything you need to have fun indoors and outdoors. We only left to go to the grocery store which was not far from the house.
All the adults and kids enjoyed our vacation.
No issues. And very quick responses from hosts.

Celebrated our son’s 13th birthday with a crew of teenagers. Daniel was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were so comfy, plenty of room for the entire crew. Loved the access to the water and all of the provided water toys. We rented a boat and it was so easy for them to come by and scoop us up for some tubing. Despite the heat our boys found the hot tub to be refreshing and enjoyed spending late night chatting on the deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Game room was fantastic for the boys. Really enjoyed our time!

Coastal Cove was exactly what we were looking for. The entire property from home to yard to water is beautiful and well kept. Daniel was on top of all communication and anticipated our needs before we even knew them ourselves. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It’s breathtaking. We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! My wife and I booked two homes across the lake from each other to host a week of celebrations with family and friends after our wedding — and this house was everything we imagined and more.
It comfortably fit 13 guests, and everyone appreciated having their own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The house was packed with indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained all week long.
But the boathouse truly MADE the stay — it was incredible! So many inflatables, shaded areas, tables, and chairs — it let us literally hang out on the lake. Such a gorgeous and fun space to relax and enjoy the water.
The hosts were super responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We had the best time and would absolutely book again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was clean, cozy, and the setting is incredible. The home was spacious and our large group of 22 never felt crowded. We had everything we needed and more. We had 12 children with us and the bunk room, game room, and movie room created so many core memories for them!! Daniel was an amazing host and always responded within minutes. We could not have asked for a better getaway! 10/10 recommend this home!

Daniel was awesome, from check in to checkout always responsive and helpful, anything we needed was right there, easy access to the lake. My family and I had a great time, super spacious and clean home, everyone was fighting over who got to sit in the big fluffy chair in the living room! This was our third year in Lake Anna and this was our favorite house we stayed at. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Everything was clean & updated. We really enjoyed the spaciousness & having the dock, kayaks & indoor games for when it rained. Thank you so much for opening up this beautiful house!!
