We loved our stay at this beautiful house. The house was huge and had plenty of room for all 15 of us to spread out. We loved the kayaks, paddle board, firepit, and indoor games. They even helped us secure a boat rental for the week, which allowed us to enjoy fishing and tubing every day. The host was very responsive and immediately addressed some minor issues we encountered on day 1. The neighborhood was quiet and the lake views were amazing. The only downfall, which I clearly cannot fault the host for, is that I don’t think we were prepared for how warm the ‘warm side’ of the lake was going to be! Water temperatures ranged from 95 - 101 degrees, which didn’t exactly make for refreshing swimming. We’re not from Virginia though, so maybe this is a known fact to those who live closer. I can image a trip in a slightly cooler month may be more enjoyable for water activities. All in all though, we absolutely loved our stay and would come back again!

This home is in a great location with a beautiful view of the lake. The cove is peaceful and blocked a lot of wind coming from the larger part of the lake. The boathouse was a great place to hang out for the day and had everything that we needed, including kayaks, lifejackets, and different types of floats.
The house was fairly clean however it was evident that a dog had been present and the hair was still pervasive. There were also ants in a few locations in the house which the host indicated would be taken care of for future guests. I've stayed in a lot of AirBnbs and this was was adequately stocked but not amazing, there were minimal plates, no cutting board, and no hairdryer. But, there were plenty of towels.
Also be aware that this host has MANY other properties so this rental is run by a company, not the owner as I first assumed.

Perfect stay. Beautiful home and beautiful setting and view. Kids loved the easy access to the water. There were more fun house amenities/ games/ toys than we could even use during our stay! Couldn’t have asked for more. The lake water was already really warm when we were there in mid July.

Our group of 12 had an incredible time at this lake house! The location was ideal—private and peaceful with gorgeous lake views! The house itself was absolutely stunning: beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious enough that everyone had room to relax without ever feeling crowded.
The layout was perfect for a large group, with generous common areas for gathering. One of the standout features was the fantastic space for the kids—they had their own area to play and hang out, which gave the adults a chance to relax. It was a win-win for everyone!
The host was responsive and welcoming, making the entire process seamless.

Daniel was very responsive and had great communication from the beginning to the end of our stay! Checking in and checking out instructions were detailed, making it easy! We absolutely loved staying at LesLee at Lake Anna. The house was exactly as listed and more! There is no time to be bored at this house, so much to do and enjoy! I was also impressed with how well stocked the house was from the kitchen to the linens, pillows, bath towels, pool toys and beach towels! We also never ran out of hot water for 14 people! It was a dream come true for our family to stay at this beautiful lake house. Thanks Daniel for your kindness and incredible customer service!

I had my cousin, nephews, and nieces over for the summer holiday, and we booked this lake house for a family reunion. Many of the kids are in college or heading off soon, so we knew it might be a while before we were all together again. This home was the perfect place to reconnect.
The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had stunning lakefront views. The kids especially enjoyed the basement, which featured an Xbox, foosball table, mini golf, and ping-pong. We also loved kayaking, grilling, and relaxing outdoors. Just a tip, book a boat early if you want to dock right at the house.
Zachary was excellent! Responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly wish we had stayed longer, and we’re already talking about coming back to this same area for another trip. This home gave us the perfect setting to create lasting memories. Highly recommended for large families or groups looking for a peaceful and enjoyable lake getaway!

This home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed during our stay. It was clean and the location on the lake was great. The size of the rooms were perfect for fitting everyone comfortably. We had a fantastic time!

The house was beautiful and peaceful. It was easy to find and close to everything in Lake Anna. Please note this is on the private side of the lake, not public, so if you're bringing any boats/jet skis/water vehicles, make sure to ask for the exact dock location in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues initially, but Daniel was quick to respond and get his team working on resolution.

We have been coming to Lake Anna for 10 years, and this was the best house experience we have ever had. The communication from the property was excellent, clear and quick to respond. The listing details were accurate and fully showcased the perks of the house. For a new home there were a few small maintenance things we had to follow up on but received quick feedback and action. (So quick that maintenance people just showed up at the house with no warning, but we can overlook that). The house was easy to access and very clean upon check in. Also, great parking space for a larger home (we needed 12 spots since our friend group was coming from different places) and the house details (number of bathrooms, towels, 2 fridges, a pantry and Buter's pantry) and community gathering space) is perfect for a home that sleeps 20. A wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the basics and the right quantity such as more than one cutting board. We cooked all meals at the house for 19 people and had everything we needed. Our only notes for future folks, there is NO shade other than under the deck or under the dock deck so plan accordingly with sunscreen and maybe a popup canopy (if you want to be in the grass, there is nothing to be under). Also, there is no connecting walkway from the house to the dock, so plan for muddy feet and shoes, so an extra pair of easy outside shoes is helpful. We have never stayed in a house that we felt was so prepared and welcoming for us as guests!

Beautiful place, such a well equipped property! Had everything we could possibly need. The house is beautiful. I had a few issues with cleaning, but they were very prompt to responding to us wanting to resolve everything. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was absolutely perfect. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was a dream—very open, modern, and ideal for cooking or hanging out with family and friends. The bedrooms were super comfortable and beautifully set up, and the boathouse was such a peaceful retreat—we spent a lot of time there just relaxing by the water.
Daniel was an amazing host! He was always quick to respond, full of helpful recommendations, and made us feel totally taken care of throughout our stay.
We will definitely be back. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday! The home was large with plenty of areas to entertain my older children and two young grandchildren. The home was beautifully clean and the setting was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent and we had an amazing three days playing on the water and enjoying Lake Anna. I highly recommend this property and we will probably be back next year!

The house and property was just what we had hoped for to gather together with family. Plenty of space for all. The dock was the best! We spent all day there. A true gem of a house!

Both kitchens were impressively well stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of fridge and freezer space for all our food and drinks.One of the highlights for us was the dock—it quickly became a favorite gathering spot for relaxing and soaking in the beautiful lake views. The sandy beach made it super convenient to launch the provided kayaks and paddle boards, which we took full advantage of.Overall, it was the perfect setup for a fun and relaxing getaway. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay again!
