We had a great stay at Daniel’s place! We were group of families with young children and found it a nice place to be with the little ones. The kitchen was well equipped and centrally located, making it a good entertaining space. Since we visited mid July, the water was quite warm in the lake but we enjoyed the paddle boards and lily pad! Thanks for the stay!

Daniel’s place was great! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Daniel was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend his place to anyone looking for a nice lake getaway. Only advice would be to use the ramp at the Cove restaurant right across the street, if you’re bringing your boat. The ramp in the community is a little tricky, shallow and has some sharp edges getting out( blew a tire pulling out 🥴) besides that our stay was awesome!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! This is the first place I've stayed that truly surpassed the pictures and the responsiveness of the management was lightning fast regardless of the nature of the inquiry. There was a small hiccup with one of the showers but they were right on it - those things are going to happen in any rental - it's how the management responds and these guys are A. I cannot stress how wonderful this place was and I would not hesitate to rent it again. For our group, this is the new bar that anything else will be measured against. Five stars across the board - rent it before it's booked solid - you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks!! The WilliamsCon Gang

Loved the place. Everything as described. New. Private beach front. Highly recommend.
Only downside/minor inconvenience - This house is on the private side of the lake. You cannot bring rental boats (around 15 min away) and dock. However, if you plan ahead and weather looks nice, Daniel recommended rental would allow for picking up private rental and can dock at common HOA dock.
other than this, highly recommend this place for families.

This home is absolutely stunning and decorated like a model home. Super comfortable accomodations, plenty of places to lounge, eat meals, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we could ask for. Centrally located to all of the top Lake Anna amenities and food lion and at the end of a fairly quiet cove. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and had so many fun things for kids and adults-ping ping, pool, sock with lots of toys for the water, etc. We are a bigger family with kids ranging from 9 months to 13 years old and everyone had a wonderful time.

The house was spotless. I never had to reach out because everything was already perfect and provided. A beautiful home. Everyone of my party had a wonderful time. Wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you Daniel!!

We usually go to two Airbnbs in a year. We have been doing this for couple years now. But in all honesty, this house was by far one of the top on the list. From the space, the cleanliness, the modern furniture, and all the amenities. It just exceeded our expectations. Beautiful views on the water, they have kayaks and paddle boards, in which the family can use. Overall, every single person in our group felt at home. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this house for any group!

Amazing place! Three families with six young kids (all under 5) had a great time here! There's a small sandy beach right in the backyard for kids to play and plenty of kayaks available. Kids finished on the dock and used the community pool. The house is spacious and CLEAN; the rooms are pretty large (each bedroom has its own full bathroom), the beds are big and comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen has everything; lots of plates & bowls, pots & pans, cooking tools, Tupperware, and condiments. There are plenty of restaurants/taphouse & wineries/ ice cream places near, which are also family-friendly. Communication with Daniel was excellent; he was always responsive and gave clear answers/instructions. We are already talking about coming back here. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay with plenty of room for everyone. The dock was very serene and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Amazing house! It has everything you need, or don’t need! Adults and Kids loved it! Clean, modern and huge! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, towels and other items!Nice access to the lake, kayaks and paddle boards were available in the house too!

Lovely home on the lake!

S'Lumber Party was the perfect layout for our two families (4 adults and 6 children in their 20's). We appreciated the numerous amenities (pool table, plentiful living room and outdoor seating, large TV) and supply of standard kitchen/bathroom/household items. The dock was spacious enough for relaxing in the sun or shade. Fishing was fruitful which made the fishermen of the group very happy. We also really enjoyed using the outdoor water equipment ((2) paddleboards and (1) kayak). The lake temp was quite warm but it was wet and we typically had a nice breeze to help cool us off. Daniel was very responsive during the whole process. Thank you for a great stay!

A beautiful home to enjoy Lake Life on Lake Anna. My kids and I enjoyed all the amenities, video game console, kayaks, paddle boards and canoe. We saw so many bald eagles and wildlife.
The home was very beautiful and comfortable. Love the sitting room views hot tub and dock.
We had a boat delivered right to the dock for the week.
David would respond amazingly fast if we needed anything or had a question.

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful home on Lake Anna and loved the hot tub and pool and everything about the lovely home. Great time.
