Great Host and beautiful place

Overall this was an awesome experience with Airbnb! If we get the opportunity we will definitely be back!

This home has everything: beautiful, and spacious, well appointed, easy lake access, a fabulous small pool, wonderful shady porches to hang out on, kayaks and paddleboards, very comfortable beds, enough dishes for the entire family, a large kitchen for cooking, a new Webber grill for grilling outside and a separate cottage for family who needs more quiet. We loved our stay, we enjoyed the nearby Lake Anna State Park, we went mini golfing and boating locally. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Daniel was a great host. very responsive when we had questions or couldn’t find something. The house was perfect for our little family trip. It fits eight adults and eight kids comfortably and the kids Had a great time. Thank you and maybe we’ll see you next year

This home is absolutely beautiful, very roomy and very well equipped. Daniel was so helpful and responded to my questions within minutes. Could not have had a better host. Our week with our family at Lake Anna was great. The only complaint was that it went by too fast! Our family had a great time and already looking forward to next year!

This was a great home for our family vacation. We had 5 older teens and a 6 year old and there was plenty to keep everyone busy! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Terry’s Run. The home is well stocked, beautifully built, and serene. Our family had plenty of space, with lots to do! The dock is amazing and very large! Joe was extremely helpful and responsive, we loved working with him. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This is a very nice home at Lake Anna. It a very short walk to the lake and beach. Our grandchildren loved the play set in the yard and the bunk room. The house was perfect for our family. The lake is pretty warm in July, but there is a great community pool in the development. We would like to come back in the fall when the lake is a little cooler. We enjoyed the covered porch and fire pit patio. Our grandchildren made smores and we had a good week.

Great vacation. Beautiful, spacious house on the lake with a wonderful boat house. House was well stocked and the coordination/instructions for the house were timely and informative. One of our best stays.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb is that I have stayed at. The host was quick to respond, and the property was as advertised in the photos. Definitely will be back!

This place was amazing! We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The house and property is filled with everything you need. We hung out right on the lake all day. Amazing host

Daniel was an outstanding host. He communicated before, during and after our trip with all the information we needed. The house was very comfortable with lots of space. We only needed 3 of the 5 bedrooms but would love to take our extended family to stay there with us next time. The dock, boatlift, canoe, paddle boards all were in excellent condition and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the inlet area.

Our group had a wonderful time at Private Pointe! The views of the Lake from the house are unobstructed and really nice. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoes available to us and swimming in the lake at night. The water was warm, being on the private pointe which allowed us to comfortably be out in the water, even with the temps dropping at night. It was awesome.

The house had the accessories we needed in the kitchen, and elsewhere. Each bedroom had an attached bathroom, which we loved. I highly recommend Private Pointe. Daniel, Joe, and Zack were responsive with any questions we had too.

Absolutely stunning. Will be staying again

The house was beautiful! We rented the house with our extended family and it was perfect with common areas to spend time together as well as each of us having our own space. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and supplies. The outdoor space had firewood for the fire pit and paddle boards and kayaks for use as well as plenty of seating on the decks or the dock. The house was clean and bathrooms had plenty of towels in each bathroom. It was the perfect space for our large family. Daniel was proactive with communicating directions and making sure we were settled in. We enjoyed Lake Anna and will definitely be back!
