Beautiful, clean property, and Kristen was very quick to respond if we needed anything or had questions. Great assortment of lake toys ie kayaks and paddleboards, were used almost daily. The views for morning coffee and book reaading were exceptional! Our only complaint was several of the beds were very uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home to stay in with family/friends! Plenty of space and beautiful views of Lake Anna all around! Loved the lighted walkway to the pier so you can enjoy day or night. The pier had a slide that went into the water which the kids absolutely loved! Highly recommend!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The perfect home if you’re traveling with kids as they had toys, books, a high chair, and a baby monitor. The dock was a great place to relax and look out onto the lake. We took the kayaks out and made use of the sand toys. Great house with great accommodations.

We loved the property! Will definitely check out more of Daniel’s places in the future!

The house was very clean and had everything we wanted. We used the kayaks and sat out on the dock to enjoy the water views. The house was well stocked with basic supplies, games, sufficient towels, linens, and extra blankets, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location and although there were other houses and docks nearby, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very attentive and responsive whenever we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend this rental property!

Everything exactly as described (in fact I would say even better). Beautiful space on the water and you can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making it a great experience for guests. I’d also highlight the great communication and responsiveness from the host.

Gorgeous home and property. The ultimate “chill.” House was very modern and clean. Beds are very comfortable, and the area is quiet at night. Pool and lake are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the day and at night. Everyone loved the canoes, kayak, paddle-board. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers (!) at All Decked Out, and everyone had an absolute blast. We had meals on the huge deck, thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities at the boat dock (including the fun slide), and loved the evening fire pit conversations. Our kids even played some pick-up basketball with the nice next-door neighbors, so you know that the lake house was a vacation dream. We were able to spread everyone out and enjoy privacy and quiet time, even amongst all of the fun craziness. The house had plenty of towels, linens, blankets and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There were even extra dog bowls for our pup who made the trip. The dock house was equipped with kayaks, a canoe, floaties, and just about everything else you can think of. Don't hesitate to rent this house as your place to get away from it all!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and check-in was easy. The host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. I will say that we did have a few issues that arose during our stay, but Daniel and his team were quick to address the issues and try to resolve them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. We enjoyed every room available. The kids loved playing pool, watching tv/movies in the theater room and playing video games in the game room. The main level of the house is very large and open and can accommodate plenty of people. All the coffee drinkers really appreciated the fully stocked drawer of K-cups! The water was not clear and blue in the cove as we hoped, but we did enjoy the boat we rented and drove out to a bigger area of the (lake) finger to boat and ride jet skis. If you plan to get out to the open lake, just be prepared for a bit of a drive. Also, It’s definitely worth the trip though as the lake is beautiful. The water was warmer than expected but there are cold spots. The boat lift was not available for our use and maybe that will change, but we were able to dock our boat on the side of the dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with the kids also. I think we might come back and stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. We arrived and were able to get in touch with folks as needed to resolve issues quickly. Everyone from the customer service people to the guys who showed up to take care of a problem with the water. They were all very professional and very helpful. They got things taken care of as quick as possible While we continued on with our vacation. I am already looking for dates that might be available for us to return. The house was very well equipped with plenty of linens and plenty of towels. All the things you could possibly need in the kitchen was readily available. The kids had an amazing time with the slide, kayaks, paddleboard. we actually brought a boat with us so we could do some tubing and everyone had such a great time and made so many memories here. We had all ages from 60 years old down to four months.

It was overall such a nice stay! My family and I had sun a fun time, it was so peaceful and quiet. Daniel was so responsive and cooperative. 100% best vacation!

Overall, we had a relaxing family vacation in this home. Lots to do in a beautiful park like setting.
Daniel was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill (propane tanks were empty) but the situation was rectified the same day and all was well. Daniel and his team truly are super hosts and when we come back to Lake Anna (hopefully next year) we will be sure to book a home that he hosts-We had a great vacation!

Nice home, well kept, lots of beds. Also plenty of cooking trays and instruments. Easy to drive to pool. Nice little beach by the lake.

Amazing property that meets the whole family's needs. Communication is great from the second you book the house. We will definitely be back.
