This house is in a great location. It is close to the small manmade beach with a large yard but also close to stores and restaurants. It is clean and spacious and has lots of great amenities for kids and families.

Gold Cove is a beautiful property, and the hosts put so much thoughtful detail into creating a wonderful place. The photos don’t do this home justice, it is absolutely beautiful with the most stunning views. The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive. We were so sad to leave, and are already planning a return visit!

The house was beautiful and perfect for a large group. Everything you need for a great lake weekend was provided, plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything you need to cook and clean, water toys, etc. Daniel provided all info ahead of the trip and was very quick to respond to any questions. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again. It was the perfect spot for a nice weekend on the lake

My friends and I had an absolute blast here! The place was amazing, with plenty of space and beds for everyone- super clean too! There were tons of fun games and water toys to keep everyone busy all day every day. Daniel was extremely communicative and set us up for success, I hope we will be back soon!

Without a doubt, I will always check the availability of this listing first when we are visiting Lake Anna! The house was a perfect size for 14 adults, though we could have easily fit more comfortably. The home is gorgeous - it is a modern oasis with enough amenities and additions to still make you feel at home. The location is perfect- minutes from the grocery store, gas, etc. To top it all off, there is a 2-story boathouse and a well-appointed patio, which make this home the best place to enjoy beautiful weather and lake views. Lastly, the host team is incredible. We had an issue with Wi-Fi and a shower, and they had techs support immediately. We also discovered the grill was not able to be used - the team had a new grill delivered within an hour so we could grill over the holiday weekend!! I'm not sure that I've ever experienced a more dedicated team wanting their guests to have the best experience possible. No questions asked, a 5-star rental option!

Exceptional property with LOTS of amenities and activities to keep a very large group of people comfortable and happy. The house, lake house, and lot are immensely impressive. We were 17 people with kids and didn’t fill the house completely. Kids enjoyed playing all games and watching movies in the movie theater. Adults enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the dock. Kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. We cooked and ate at the house.
The house is a rental property managed by a business so it feels that way - transactional rather than staying at someone’s house. The business also has lots of paperwork outside of AirBnB you need to fill out and share private information on. Lots of home materials and supplies stuffed in storage.
There are somewhat elaborate checkout cleaning instructions that take away from the whole “luxury rental” experience and adds to the stress as you are trying to check out with 7 kids at 10am.
OVERALL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR LARGE GROUPS WITH KIDS.

For our annual friends trip this year, we picked Daniel’s property. From the moment we booked, leading up to our trip, and during our trip, Daniel was responsive and informative. The property was gorgeous, well kept and clean. We had a wonderful time on this private property where we were not bothered or distracted. Highly recommend this property to anyone on the fence. 5 ⭐️’s doe endless views!

The house is more beautiful than the pictures and the location right on the lake is amazing. It’s so clean and new feeling and the house has everything you could need. Plus, the beds are very comfortable. I did want to make others aware that although the house is perfect, the neighbors on one side of the house disrupted our stay. They came onto the property and were aggressive with us and impolite over a very tiny matter. However, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful in solving the problem when we notified them so I don’t blame the owners one bit.

I always find that Airbnb’s can be hit or miss when booking for a large group as we did, but this house was a total hit for every member of our group! There were so many thoughtful items throughout the house that made the stay more pleasant (games, children’s toys, well-stocked kitchen, clean grill, and PLENTY of toys for the water by the dock). Everything was clean, spacious, and as described. A great spot!

Wow!!! This is the first thing that comes to mind in so many ways with this home…the log cabin, the boat dock, the sand beach area, but most of all the view!!!! Incredible! The home beautiful and has plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds, and the kitchen was wonderful!! Super clean home as well! We had an amazing week and plan to stay there again.

We had a fantastic week. The property is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed plenty of time in the hot tub and had a beautiful family dinner on the patio. My kids loved the bunk bed room and the bed in the primary room was so comfy. Highly recommend!

Our group consisted of 4 lifelong friends that do a Golf trip in the spring and the fall . The house was perfect. The Golf Not So Much 😁We grabbed some Steaks and cooked on the grill with some 70s music, have a few beers and laughed a lot ! The view was awesome !!! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home … Hopefully we can reconnect next year , Mike

If you’re looking for the right place to host a large group, this is it. We had all our family and had plenty of room for 10+ people. This is such a fun home…pool, hot tub, pool table, and lot of fun games for all ages. The kayaks were a lot of fun! Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Daniel was incredibly responsive and made every step easy. We’ll return again for sure.

This house was beautiful and was stocked with everything we could need! We never ran out of things to do. The provided kayaks, paddle boards and floats were such a great addition. The host responded very fast with the one thing we needed. We definitely plan on returning!
