What a beautiful place. Had my family there to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and the surroundings were quite special. We enjoyed the water - especially sitting on the dock watching the sunset and drinking wine. Really enjoyed it! Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The views were beautiful, loved being right on the water. We had a lot of fun using the game room and the set up of the home was perfect for entertaining our guests. Daniel was a fantastic host.

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s house on Lake Anna! The home was spotless and with top-notch amenities that made our visit super comfortable and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a definite highlight. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful lake surroundings. Even the cozy common areas, everything was thoughtfully arranged.
What really stood out was Daniel’s responsiveness! Any time we had a question, he got back to us almost immediately, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway!

A group of my friends came out and had the best time. It was clean and dog friendly. They really thought of everything in terms of amenities including a slide!!

Daniel's place was the perfect getaway to celebrate my graduation with friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend a relaxing weekend at a lake house. Daniel was very polite and responded swiftly. Check-in was super easy, and the instructions for check-out were clear and simple to follow. Overall, it was a great experience.

Our stay was fabulous! Everyone in our group said that they wished we had had a few more days to spend there. There was lots to do and the kids loved it! Looking forward to coming back sometime.

Totally exceeded my expectations. It was a great place for our team of six to have our staff retreat especially with everyone having their own bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. They had so many amenities and lots to do. It rained for the most part but there were plenty of games and indoor activities provided. This will definitely be a great place for a big family or small group of friends or like us a staff retreat. They were all such great hosts and took great care of us. I certainly can’t wait to return soon!

This house was absolutely incredible! We stayed with a group of 25 people, and it had everything we needed—from plenty of beds and towels to more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable.Dan, the host, was fantastic—super communicative and responsive. When we noticed there wasn’t enough firewood, we picked some up ourselves and Dan reimbursed us within 30 minutes. A few small items were missing from the house, and once we let Dan know, someone from his team went out, bought them, and delivered them right to the door. The lake was stunning, and the two-story deck truly elevated the entire experience—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the views.Overall, I’d highly recommend this property. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. It was, honestly, pretty close to perfect!

Daniel was an excellent host- extremely responsive and went out of his way to accommodate. The property was amazing- clean and all amenities we could hope for. The house was absolutely perfect, and the location was spectacular!

It was a great getaway, everything was as the host described and communication was over-the-top easy and prompt. Location, very nice with views in a very warm, nice neighborhood. I am a clean freak and this place met my expectations. Thanks again.

The towels were bleached and clean, everything ready for guests. We really appreciated this space for our family reunion with 19 people. Plenty of room to spread out, but still come together. Great location for fun on the water. Have a few recommendations for improvement, but overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place!

We had a 4 different families totaling 23 people at the lake house. There were 3 levels which allowed us all to spread out comfortably. The house was clean, the amenities were amazing, and the lake views were nothing short of breath taking. Our family definitely will be re-booking on an annual basis. Thanks to Daniel and Team for all of the clear instructions and communication throughout!

We had an amazing stay and the home was the best Rental property I have stayed in. Daniel was exceptional; kept us informed every step of the way and responded immediately to all our concerns. This place will be my first choice when in the area!

STAY HERE NOW!! Absolutely amazing! This spacious dream house was everything we hoped for and more. We hosted a lovely family dinner and still had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. All amenities that you will need! The host’s communication was excellent—responsive, helpful, and kind. Honestly, we never wanted to leave. Stay here now before it’s booked—this place is a gem!

Great spot and easy in/out for my 85 yr old mother. She enjoyed sitting on the porch, talking about the lake and beating us at UNO. Perfection...
