We had the best time at Sunset Lux! This was our first time visiting Lake Anna and Daniel was so helpful as we decided which of his properties would be best for us— answering numerous questions pre-booking and then continued to do so as we did more research around what we wanted to do while we were there.
The house was perfect for our family (6 total adults — 4 in their early 20s). The game room and the hot tub were big hits. Boat lift and dock were a great feature and pickleball court allowed for some friendly competition. We always had something to do— even the one day it rained.
We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Shady Cove was our vacation destination for family from PA and NC. The house and property were exactly as outlined, even better. Extremely clean with many amenities. The little extras like household supplies were greatly appreciated. The communication was EXCELLENT!! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor “toys“ and spent a lot of time at the boathouse. It definitely was a 5 star experience and we would love to visit again.

Beautiful house inside and out. Thoroughly enjoyed the location, beach, dock, deck, scenery, in addition to great fishing. Excellent communication with the owner. We are looking forward to return again soon.

Great place! Spacious so every couple had their own corner. Lots of activities and games to do. The movie room is amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Cove! The house is absolutely stunning in both design and decor. We travel frequently, and I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and well-equipped vacation home we’ve ever stayed in.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The house was stocked just like a true home—plenty of plush bath and hand towels, along with beach and pool towels. The kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, cooking oils, household cleaners, and even trash bags. Each full bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap at every sink.
Daniel was a fantastic host—responsive, professional, and kind. It’s evident that a lot of care, planning, and resources went into making this home the perfect getaway. This really felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely return some time soon! 😊

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable, and kids and adults alike had so much fun playing in the house, the backyard, and the lake. Daniel was very responsive and easy to work with prior to our stay, and he resolved any minor issues we had quickly while we were there. We were so sad to leave! Would absolutely recommend to others!

Great house! Very clean, lots of space in/outdoors, comfortable beds. The boathouse was loaded with paddleboards and floats. Daniel was very responsive and understanding with the one issue we ran into. Would absolutely rent from Daniel again, and this particular house was perfect.

This was the perfect property for our get together of 21 family members. Everyone slept comfortably and had a great time. The property has all the amenities you would ever need, and others that you didn’t even expect. It is also very clean and upscale. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very communicative and attentive to all of our needs, no complaints. Everyone loved the property and had an amazing time.
