We had an amazing time here! Since it was raining, we were worried that there wasn’t much to do. But there were lots of games and entertainment. We also enjoyed the views. Communication was great, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the home was clean and as expected!

-House was in a very nice neighborhood.
-It was roomy, clean and love the big tables! Great to sit together and eat together.
-Enjoyed having a dock specially the little beach. -Even though we had a couple of days of rain, the kids had things to do: ping pong, air hockey, hot tub, toys etc.
-Kitchen was big & well equipped.
-Daniel was great to deal with. Helpful and very responsive.

The property is brilliantly located, right on the lake. The Dock House was a perfect place to hang out and read, fish, watch T.V. and socialize.
We especially liked that the home had sleeping amenities on all three floors, and private bathrooms.
The downstairs area provided a perfect space for the kids to play games, and bunk up in bunk bed room.
Lastly, the appliances were top of the line, the stove, oven, washer/dryer etc..

Spectacular Airbnb and host. After seeing the posting I was honestly skeptical because I thought it was too good to be true, but this posting 100% lives up to expectations. The house is very spacious, clean, and has plenty of amenities to keep any group entertained. The view from the deck and master bedroom were beautiful. The host, Daniel, was very responsive as most reviews mentioned and he provided great recommendations that if our group had more time would’ve definitely taken more advantage of. I’d recommend this location for anyone looking for the ideal lake vacation.

My group of friends stayed for 3 nights on Memorial Day weekend. We all agreed this was one of the best weekends we have had! The place was gorgeous and there were so many fun amenities and activities to do both in and out of the house. We could not have asked for a better house for our trip to Lake Anna! We will be coming back every year!! 😁

the house is perfect for a group getaway! we had a large group but we never felt crowded - plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. we loved lounging on the private dock, taking advantage of the canoe and kayaks, enjoying meals on the large deck, and chatting around the fire pit every night. the house and property are absolutely gorgeous, and we felt right at home!
Daniel was an excellent host and very quick to respond to our questions. we look forward to our next stay!

Unbelievable space and such a beautiful setting! Really fantastic amenities in the home such as a well stocked kitchen, games, air mattress, water toys and so much more!

Our Memorial Day weekend was made special by this fantastic Airbnb and its wonderful host! They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, providing helpful local tips. The space itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for enjoying Lake Anna, outdoor pool, and the hot tub. Literally everything we could of think of the house came with. The kids and adults had the time of their lives!! Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, Arcades, and cornhole boards are just some of the activities available. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great getaway!"

Beautiful house and location! It is only 5 mins from grocery store and lake front property with all the amenities. The host is very detailed ensuring enough towels and supplies for your basic needs! Daniel was very easy to work with and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Great place. A few minor issues but the owner addressed them promptly. Highly recommend the house and will look to book again.

it was a fabulous place and my family loved it and if we go back to lake Anna next year would love to stay in the same place

My family and friends have been coming to Lake Anna every year for a few years now. We've also stayed in properties managed by other companies before. I have to say, this property is top notch, so is Daniel's service. This is a very beautiful house situated in a large, private, lake facing lot. One can watch both sunrise and sunset from the property. The house is well maintained and generously (!!) stocked with all kinds of necessities and supplies from kitchen to bathrooms to the boathouse to the fire pit! It has a lot of family and game space for adults and teenagers to hang out. Communication with Daniel is very smooth. All instructions are clear and timely. I would definitely check out his listings when we come down to Lake Anna again. Highly recommend!
