I recently stayed at LesLee and had a fantastic experience. The house was beautifully maintained and clean, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for my stay.
Cleanliness: The property was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Host: Danial was an excellent host. They were always quick to respond to questions and accommodating. They provided straightforward check-in and check-out instructions and ensured everything was perfect for my stay.
Amenities: The house had all the amenities one could ask for. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the living area was comfortable and inviting.
Overall, I highly recommend LeeLee for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would stay here again on my next visit to Mineral.

Nice property. Worth a money. Would like to go back again in summer time. We found pet hairs all the places - Pillow, Bed, Sofas and everywhere. Hot water is not enough for 15 persons. After 3-4 guests shower we were getting cold water but host was responding good and tried to fix some small issues as his maximum extend. Water activity was nice. We loved those. Also, Poker table doesn’t have chairs.

Our stay was perfect! The house, the view, the amenities all 5 stars!! Every room had a comfortable bed with quality linens, and a full bathroom thick large towels.
The kitchen had everything you'd need for preparing meals and then some!
We loved the game closet too, right out of toys r us!
The boat, kayaks and paddle board were so fun they made for a great adventure! Pickleball rackets for the court was so thoughtful, Daniel responded within 20 minutes when I needed help with the code to get into the court!
We will definitely be back and we hope in the summer!

Amazing home for our families ! We loved having a large master for my husband and I as well as our 2 year old to share. The big kids loved the bunks and the basement was great for aunt and uncle and their puppy.
Cannot say enough good things about this house. The large dining table was perfect for our families and the basement was super fun for the kids to enjoy after the little ones bedtime.
The hosts are kind, responsive and clearly know what they’re doing !

Amazing location! Beautiful house! We did an end of the year friends trip and loved our stay! So much room for everyone to enjoy!! The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped! We were able to cook our hearts out! I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!!

Great place. Went for a family trip / 16th birthday celebration. Ages raged from 3-72 and all had a great time.

We stayed at this beautiful home for 3 days during winter break. The home is beautifully maintained, and the room setup is perfect for families with 2 of the rooms having a King and bunk beds. Even though it rained a majority of the time we were there, we still had a fantastic time, and the kids stayed entertained with all the games and other activities they had on site.

Great property for family gatherings, spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and lots of gathering spaces for family time as well. The modern kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances and new pots and pans. There are TVs in every room and great entertainment space in the basement with ping pong table, pac man arcade and video games. The communication from the host was clear and informative with timely responses. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a family holiday. The space was as described and exactly what we were looking for. Location was peaceful and under an hour from Fredericksburg and Charlottesville.

The entire family enjoyed our time at the lake house. Spacious with lots of comfortable beds and room to spread out. Loads of board games and activities the kids had a blast! Kayaking was peaceful serene, a new family favorite. My favorite was the morning view of the sunrise over the lake. Just a perfect family getaway. The hosts had thoughtful touches and all necessary things for a great family vacation. We would love to come back in the summer months.

Host was supper communicative and accommodating. felt right at home plus a lot of activites and things to do in and around the house. has EVERYTHING you will need to have a great time. would recommend to family and friends. would love to come back with friends or family.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness of the property. One of the highlights of our stay was the theater room. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Christmas movies together. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. Any questions we had were answered promptly, which made planning our stay a breeze. Our grandkids are already talking about our next visit, which speaks volumes about how much we all loved it! We can’t recommend this place enough—it's truly a hidden gem. We went for a Christmas family get together and we had a wonderful time. The adults enjoyed the kitchen area and firepit and screened in porch. Also having movie time at night in the theatre room. Then the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! We all slept wonderfully! I did a lot of baking there. It was lacking some dishes. Did not have a big shrimp pot or a lot of casserole dishes. I bought foil pans at the food Lion We had a Santa party and the kids loved the theatre room and the pool table and games. We did have a plumbing issue with the toilet in the basement but Daniel our host took care of us right away and it was fixed within the day! Daniel was an excellent host and the house was very clean and the beds made! There was plenty of towels and those were really nice. It was a wonderful time for us! I would recommend this home to anyone! We did not use the dock or anything at the lake but it was a beautiful view!

Daniel’s title as super host is well deserved. We rented the home for our family’s Christmas gathering and all 17 of us loved it! My nephews kept saying this was their favorite of all AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. From the beautiful furnishings, to the extra linens, to the amenities, everything was excellent. Even when we had a maintenance issue, Daniel was super responsive and immediately resolved it. They went as far as having a Christmas tree set up when we arrived. I can’t say enough good things!
