We loved our stay - amazing views and comfortable home!

This was a fantastic Airbnb. Plenty of space and comfortable beds for our group. The house was clean and fully stocked for a fanatic weekend.
Just a note to potential bookers - you either have the option of a $3000 security deposit or $50 damage waiver fee in addition to the cost of the rental. It is listed in the listing but worth noting when booking.

Our family had such a great time at this property! We made wonderful memories and especially enjoyed the paddleboard, canoe, and dock. We swam in the lake every day and the backyard with screened in porch is truly a relaxing paradise. Thank you for a perfect family vacation!

My extended family (ages 7-74) had a lovely week on Lake Anna. The house was clean and well appointed. We have been doing family vacations and renting homes for years and everyone agreed this was their favorite house. The lake provided endless entertainment for our active group. We felt like we needed another week there to enjoy all the house had to offer!

This stay was perfect for my group of friends and I. The location was perfect and they provided every amenity you could think of. House was very clean. Thank you for contributing to a very memorable trip!

We had very good experience at Dan’s place. We was big group and it’s very spacious, clean and well organized. Kitchen has everything. All dishes was clean. WiFi was very fast. Kids enjoyed lake water s much. Overall we had best experience and in future maybe we will come again. Host was also replied so quick. Thanks Dan.

We rented this Lake Anna property for a special family getaway to celebrate my wife’s MBA graduation, with our group ranging from 18-22 people, and it was the perfect choice! The house is spacious and spotlessly clean, with plenty of rooms for everyone, beautiful lake views, and direct water access. Amenities were incredible — kayaks, a paddleboard, and life jackets for everyone to enjoy the water, plus cozy evening bonfires right by the lake. The huge movie theater room was a definite highlight, with comfy seating and a big screen that made for the perfect family movie nights. There’s also a fun game room and a dedicated kids’ room, so every age group had something to enjoy. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the place truly delivered on comfort, space, and fun for a big group. Highly recommend this spot for a memorable celebration — we’ll definitely be back!

The stay in Bumpass was great! The airbnb was very well stocked and extremely spacious for a large group. We loved all the extra amenities, kayaks and floaties to use in the lake. A hihglight was the outdoor cabana and hot tub! Overall would definitely recommend this property :)

The host was wonderful, and responsive. He answered all our questions and provided great guidance. He made the entire experience easy from beginning to end. We truly appreciated the care and attention he gave to us.

We had such a great time staying here! The lake house was exactly what we were hoping for-clean, cozy, and even better than the pictures. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy our trip without having to leave the house. We spent most of our time hanging out, enjoying the views, and taking advantage of all the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were plenty of comfortable places to sit and unwind. The host was also amazing- very friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful lake house with everything you need for a fun and stress-free stay!

Our stay at Lake Anna at Windy Oaks was amazing. The home, boat house and boat rental option were all top notch. My family and another family stayed for a week in July… 5 adults / 6 kids. The 6 bedrooms, each with own bathroom/shower, worked out great. Main floor living room, downstairs living room / game room, and movie room ensured we had tons of space. All of the TV rooms have huge smart TVs with ample seating. The kitchen is very large.. very nice oven and stove; great for cooking for a large group. Two refrigerators are a nice plus. Screened-in sun room and large deck are great for outside hanging out.Boat house was just re-done… wow! Main floor has multiple slips, lots space for fishing off the dock or swimming from the dock. Main floor also has a semi-closed area with outdoor couches and very large smart TV. Second floor is partially covered with three ceiling fans and lots of couch, dining, and lounge seating. Boat house also comes with two stand-up paddle boards, two kayaks, and a large selection of life vests.Highly recommend the pontoon rental. Super convenient (no pick up or return) and brand new boat.Property location is excellent… less than a ten min drive to Food Lion, less than a ten min boat ride to the Anna Point Marina (very convenient for boat gas, bait, etc), and less than ten min boat ride to Lake Anna Taphouse.Check in and check out was very easy. And the owner was super communicative. Highly recommend the property.

We were skeptical of this property because we had assessed the community previously and thought the dock and ramp area was very small. Our daughter actually found the house online and suggested we stay there mainly for the amenities for the children. After looking at other properties we came back to this one and after seeing it in person decided to book the house. The house fit our two grown children, their spouses, four grandchildren and us as well. The grandchildren and their parents took over the top level and the mix of bunk beds and the pit sofa worked well for grandchild sleeping arrangements. The main level including the kitchen was spacious for family meals and we even had some time to work on a 1,000 piece puzzle. The outdoor property amenities were great and we enjoyed the dock, swim area, kayaks, grill, hot tub, garage to store our water toys, and the community pool. Over all this house was lovely, comfortable, well-appointed and most importantly the grandchildren LOVED IT!

This was everything I could have wanted for a lake vacation with my family. Perfect quiet location with a great dock and beautiful outdoor furniture. Lots for the kids to do with paddle boards, kayaks as well as beautifully set up lower level with games and large tv. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great house with a wonderful view of the lake and plenty of activities for the whole group! Home was very clean. Beds quite comfortable. Grocery store 10 minutes away for supplies. Nice star gazing from the fire pit too!

Our family loved spending our vacation at this home. It had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and fun game room. The outside decks , fire pit and hot tub were very enjoyable. The lake was great and spent a lot of time swimming and fishing off the dock. Our host Daniel was fantastic. Clear instructions, very helpful and extremely friendly. We would defiantly love to come back next year.

The house was beautiful and had everything plus some. Daniel was very quick to respond with anything that was needed. Great location and private. We will definitely be back!
