Great house, great location, great host

Beautiful house and boat house in quiet cove on private side of Lake Anna. We were able to book a last minute mini vacay and really enjoyed the location. For our teenage boys they liked the movie room and ping pong table. We hope to be back again soon.

We had such a wonderful time at this lake house. There was so much for my kids to do and my husband, kids and I spent most of the time outside on the beautiful property. We swam in the lake and floated around for hours everyday. The inside of the house was beautiful and there was so much room and so much to do inside as well. We hope to return to this home!

This is THE home for big families who love the water. Toys and games and water gear for all ages and a beautiful house with gorgeous views. We hope to return again next year.

Beautiful location ! We had a wonderful family reunion. So much space to relax and enjoy our stay. Beautiful view so most of our time was on the deck, screened in porch or great big living room with full windows facing the lake. We used the kayaks, local pool and pickle ball space. Nice having the fire pit, boat dock, private beach! Lots of water toys available. It was a peaceful, private quiet space. We saw deer, so many birds, eagles feeding in the lake, nature at its best there was great communication when I had questions with quick response time. We definitely would come back again.

This was a fabulous spot for our annual extended-family vacation! I would highly recommend it. The house was huge and had everything we needed for our group of 16, between ages 7 and 75. The kids loved the game room and we all spent most of our time out on the dock and in the water on the many float options available, from kayaks and paddleboards to inflatable hammocks for relaxing in the water. The hosts were very responsive. It was a great stay!

If you are looking for big home, warm lake water, great views and wildlife, then this would be my selection. For the party of 9 that we had it worked perfectly. We had 3- 20 yr olds and 4-18 yr olds and two parents. The game room was a big hit for when it was storming or after dark. The kitchen had everything you need to make food. The kids did go out to eat once but we made all of our food for the days we were there. Boat house had a lot of inner tubes and the big foam mat was a hit as well.

Daniel was very proactive. There was a power outage the day we were to arrive. He communicated early and sent us the outage map for the local utility so we could track progress. He worked hard to make sure we had a great trip, despite the last-minute uncertainty.
As for the house, it was spacious and relaxing. Our teens loved the pool table, ping pong table, and movie room, in addition to kayaking and fishing.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! The location can't be beat-private, quiet, peaceful-perfect place to unwind and relax. We spent hours out on the lake swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Watching the sun come up over the lake in the mornings from the sunroom was breathtaking. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was a great quiet get away for all ages with a lot of water activities. Whether it's fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking...everyone had a blast. The house was big and roomie and accommodated all activities, even a quiet office for those that needed to work. The host was extremely responsive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this to others.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for large families and groups. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having wonderful spaces to gather together. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the large dining areas were perfect for everyone to eat together.The lakefront setting was peaceful and beautiful. We loved spending time on the water using the kayaks, relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings, and taking advantage of the community pool, Pickle Ball Courts and Beach. The hosts were excellent—communication was prompt, check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. It's clear they have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.Our family made memories that we'll cherish for years to come, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a luxury Lake Anna vacation home with outstanding amenities and plenty of space for a large group, this property is hard to beat. Highly recommend!

The home was fabulous. Everything was extremely beautiful and thought out. Amenities galore with everything that’s needed for the trip. Kayak and paddle boards were available for us to use along with life vests.
Communication was amazing with everything perfectly communicated. Highly recommend this house the host.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others. The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
The only minor inconvenience was that a home showing had to be scheduled while we were staying there. While it briefly interrupted our plans, we understand this was likely an unusual, one-off situation and not something future guests should expect. The host handled the process professionally and was respectful of our time.
Overall, this experience was excellent, and this small inconvenience doesn’t take away from what was otherwise a great stay. We’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great property. Boat house was perfect for all day hangouts

What a wonderful stay and great family time. We couldn’t have asked for more property wise. Amazingly well stocked kitchen and home. They thought of everything. If you are renting a boat just know you can’t get it to the private side.

Was clean and stocked with all essentialsss!! Responded quickly when needed help! Definitely recommend!!

Everything was as described. Host communication was good the entire stay.
